COVID-19 Visitor Page

In addition to our COVID-19 Updates Page we have implemented new procedures when visiting us.

All visits are by appointment only. We list the 3 on site bookings we take below and how our procedures have changed, at least for the interim, following government advice for the protection of both our staff and customers.

Our showroom opened back up, by appointment as of 1st March 2021.

You can book in online here.

Bookings are limited to a maximum of 2 people in each booking and for the moment we'd encourage no children are allowed to enter to maintain social distancing whilst in store.

As of 24th July 2020, the government has made it mandatory for both staff and visitors to wear protective face masks. We also require hand sanitising on arrival, which is provided in our reception area.

Our workshop opened back up, by appointment as of 2nd March 2021.

Whilst we are happy to take in work as required. We are running limited bookings, these will be available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We aim to turn around all jobs the same day.

Remember we only take in bikes purchased from us. Also, with limited bookings available we'd prefer to accommodate more serious/emergency jobs into the workshop.

Bike Collections

You may wish to collect your new bike from our HQ here.

We can offer collections if this is essential. Please enter in the comments or contact us should you wish to collect your bike order.

Your bike will be ready for you at the pre-booked time, on arrival press the intercom buzzer and a member of the team will be expecting you.

There will be no staff contact at this point so please make sure you are able to put the bike in the car for transport or ride away accordingly.


All on-site bookings are staggered, so there is no cross contamination of clients in at the same time for your protection. We also require to hold your contact details on file should any contact tracing be required.
