Raleigh Motus Tour Low 2021

I purchased by Raleigh Motus Step Through 10 spd Bosch yesterday and have had great fun trying this out (having not ridden a bike for many years), can only say that I am totally delighted. Being a lady of a certain age this is like a new beginning.

The service that my husband and I received from Mark was nothing short of totally excellent and his attitude and service was second to none. Although we had done some research as to the type of bike I required Martin took time to explain exactly which was best for me.

I can truly say that I would highly recommend both Martin and the company to any potential electric bike purchaser.

I live in the USA. The 7 speed Motus shipping was outstanding. What a great bike for the price. Martin in sales has been very prompt and helpful in resolving the only issue I had with the Bike. I could not get the "walk assist" to operate, Martin walked (no pun intended) me thru the problem as soon as I contacted him. Outstanding Martin!!!!

My wife and I used "FLYER" ebikes in the Netherlands for a week this year, and we both noted that the Raleigh Motus has more acceleration than the Flyer and is very easy to ride. (and at much less cost). Now, if I can get it away from my wife now and then I"d be a happy man.

We made an appointment with Martin and were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He asked us some questions to gauge what sort of bike would suit us and we agreed on the Raleigh Motus 10 speed step through.
We had it delivered at a really good price. Unfortunately the rear tyre and inner tube were damaged, in transit. We returned them and was immediately sent new ones. A tyre upgrade and 2 inner tubes were sent FOC. Now fitted and been out on the bike. It is a great incentive for me as I am 60 and my hip and knee are not great, so with the assisted pedalling it is good.
I would thoroughly recommend buying from E-bike shop and am telling all my friends and family.
