During peak times; availability on bikes can change quickly. We advise between steps 1 & 2 that you contact us to confirm your order.
We give the option to reserve your order (and the bike/accessory stock) by way of a small ÂŁ199 deposit. This is then refunded back when the voucher has been redeemed (or go towards any outstanding order value).

You can apply for your voucher by logging in to the Vivup platform and entering your order details. Note: You'll need to register here via the Vivup portal. We'll require a signed voucher ahead of delivery or collection.

The price you see is the price you pay, unlike some other stores, there's no hidden fee's when purchasing from us.
We can't retrospectively apply a voucher or scheme once full payment has been made.
