First off you may want to know what the major significant changes are for 2016. On many models we have the integration of the new Bosch Performance CX drive. Now with more assistance and torque levels, it's also a smoother more compact quieter ride. We also see brand new frame integrations, where the motor is tucked right up within and the battery actually mounts directly into the frame itself. What do we think?
Here at E-Bikeshop HQ we think new range for 2016 looks great. With lots of new models that pretty much covers all bases for anyone looking for an electric bike. We particularly like the new xDuro Down Hill bike and also the hybrid Cross bikes. These plug 2 gaps in the market that have previously been un-catered for. Pleased to see the spec of the new Haibike FatSix RX too with the new revised geometry and 11 speed gearing. Not to forget the Carbon Ultimate, looks absolutely awesome, can't wait to see these through! When we rode the new Bosch CX Performance drive in Germany, the extra torque and assistance was very noticeable, especially in both Sport and Turbo modes. There is also more low down torque and the whole bike is quieter. Expect a full review on this soon! As always these bikes are in high demand and we expect the popular models to sell out pretty quickly. We think Haibike like the fact that demand is greater than build capacity!
