The new 2023 Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC Race 750 is a completely redesigned all mountain bike that seeks to "set new benchmarks" in its discipline.
Combining 140mm travel with 29" wheels, the Stereo 140 range allows new riders to overcome their limits but still provides a playful platform for more highly skilled riders.
The 140 HPC Race is a step up from the entry "Pro" bike and offers outstanding performance and a very keen price point, making it a brilliant machine for all rider levels.

Features
The Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC Race 750 has a sleek frame design with full internal cable and hose routing, including the factory fitted dropper post. Its glossy finish is eye catching and shows off the fantastic level of effort in functional design in the High Performance Carbon frame, updated for 2023 to include the new Bosch Smart System.
Each part of the bike is specifically designed to neatly work with the next to provide a seamless, flawless level of integration across the whole bike.
The 2023 Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC Race comes equipped for the roughest of mountain biking, with Rockshox 35 Silver air forks and a matching Deluxe Select+ rear shock.
Tailored for eMTB riding, the new Rockshox 35 Silver forks come with full lockout control, a highly tuneable single air spring and will take tyres up to 2.8" in width.
This 'eMTB Approved' fork ensures ultimate stiffness where eMTB demands are tougher.
Brakes & Gears
Cube have spec'd the Stereo 140 Race 750 2023 with SRAM's DB8 hydraulic disc brakes. These offer solid performance with easy reach adjustment. Paired with 203mm discs front and rear offer plenty of bite and modulation making them a great all rounder.
The Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 Race retains its 12 speed group set for 2023 in the form of the Shimano XT M8100 set up.
Its super wide ratio 10-51T cassette offers an exceptional climbing ability, without holding you back in top speed on open ground and offers a useful gear for every scenario, regardless of terrain.
4 piston brakes are a hallmark of a bike designed for the rough stuff and SRAMs brand new DB8 set up is right at home on this bike. The 140 HPC Race is designed for the toughest of trails.
12 speed gearing, normally reserved for the top end bikes is fast becoming a standard feature on all of Cubes eMTB models.
The Rapid-Fire Plus shifters provide smooth but positive shifting, and the Shadow Plus rear derailleur keep chain tension in check and chain slap to a minimum.
Wheels & Tyres
The 29+ tyres give a wider footprint, whilst running lower pressures to offer superb cushioning and all round trail comfort.
Cube have used their own design rims manufactured by Newmen on the Stereo Hybrid 140 Race for 2023 with Shimano boost hubs and 29" rims. These 30mm wide rims offer an excellent tire profile for wider tires.
The matching pair of tanwall Nobby Nic tyres not only perform well, but provide an eye catching contrast to the deep red paint finish.
The "do everything" of mountain bike tyres, Schwalbe's Nobby Nic tyres are a favourite of riders who ride continually varying terrain where one tyre needs to do absolutely everything. Having got a small update fro the new model year, these outstanding performers are now slightly lighter and shed mud a little faster.

The Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC Race 750 model is always a popular model for those looking for a well equipped all mountain bike, with keen pricing for an incredibly well thought out specification. The Cube Stereo model range is vast, and are also offered in a longer travel model for more aggressive riding with the Stereo 160 models, and short travel for simple trail riding in the Stereo 120 models.
Year on year, the Cube Stereo 140 models are one our most popular. Effortlessly blending a balance of price vs performance, there is a 140 model for almost every type of rider. A little difficult to see from the photos, this bike has a beautiful finish we're starting to see pop up on more and more bikes now. Rather than a solid colour paint, the bike is coated with a tinted clear coat which allows visibility of the crafted carbon layering underneath.
Power
The new Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC Race 2023 eBike features the latest Gen 4 Bosch Performance CX crank drive motor, with a brand new twist.
The recently updated 250w CX system now provides 85Nm of torque and peaks at 500w. With 4 assistance modes, it can now provide up to 340% assistance in Turbo mode.
In addition, the new eMTB mode allows the user to set off in one assistance mode and a clever sensor driven system will provide exactly the right amount of power right when you need it and less when you don't.
Included with the new Smart System Generation 4 motor and 750Wh battery, the 2023 Stereo 140 HPC Race also benefits from the new Kiox 300 colour display.
The new Bosch Kiox 300 display is simple and very easy to use, displaying key information at a glance but with a huge amount of other data when needed. It also has integration for Bluetooth heart rate monitors and an app based SatNav option.
The Bosch Generation 4 Performance CX motor is arguably the most widely used and reliable powerhouse in the mountain bike world right now, and it right at home on the Stereo 140 models.
The Bosch PowerTube 750Wh battery neatly fits inside the frame and is secured with a key locking system. With up to 160 miles on tap, theres no-where you can't go!

This electric bikes includes a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics and 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims via our dedicated support in-house.

We can also give you the opportunity to ride a similar electric bike so you can get a feel for how electric bikes work prior to purchase.
Should you wish to purchase, we give the option to take it away that same day (subject to stock) with any extras fitted and a handover session on the bike itself by one of our eBike experts.
