I was shown a couple of similar Cube bikes at the showroom and decided on this one. It has the most comfortable handlebar grips, a properly supported back rack (important to me as I like to use the side panniers to carry my stuff most times I use the bike) and it has the full Bosch display panel, which I like.
The 500 battery was important to me as I want to do some longer rides and the hills round here are challenging and frequent. Once I had chosen the bike, it was prepared for me and I was given a thorough handover by the guy from the workshop. I drove away with the bike in the back of my car - job done.
Now I have been riding the bike for 2 months, I can say that I'm really happy with it. I did a trip of 40 miles and despite several steep and long hills, there was still more than 50% battery life left at the end. I am now considering longer rides and often go out with my husband, who still rides a "manual" bike. It's become my preferred way to nip up to the shops, despite a steep uphill and I am finding more and more opportunities to use it as part of my life. Expensive I know, but a great way to get outdoors and take exercise. I love it :)
