Ben and the team were really helpful and arranged to pick-up. I have cycled all my life - but omg going electric is astounding. I live in the New Forest and now going to places I would never try before. I have put the Cube through it paces off road and it takes any hill without missing a beat! I cannot fault E-bikes or the bike.
