Who is this bike suitable for?
The Haibike sDuro Trekking 7.0 2018 electric bike is built for road and light path use. Including canal paths, bridleways, forest roads and back lanes. It's equipped with essentials like lights, mudguards, pannier rack and a side stand. Popular with leisure riders and commuters alike, this fast bike rolls well on roads and the hybrid tyre also takes well to light paths.
With the power off the bike rides beautifully and feels stable and sure in head and cross winds just like a normal machine. Under power the Bosch motor hums reassuringly whisking you up previously difficult climbs. The ease of riding without power means the range is extended to around 80/100 miles using a combination of power settings.
New Features
For 2018 the sDuro Trekking 7.0 is built on the Bosch Performance CX drive and higher capacity 500Wh battery for longer duration in the saddle.
We also see a new 11 speed drive train and updated wheel set.
Haibike have equipped this new Trekking 7.0 electric bike with Magura MT4 hydraulic disc brakes.
These are both lightweight and strong stoppers. Ideal for conventional riders looking for good stopping power with minimal maintenance.
The 2018 Trekking 7.0 features the Suntour NCX front suspension fork, offering a mild 63mm of travel to take the zing out of the front end. These lightweight fork's are constructed of magnesium lowers also feature a lockout so the rider can switch between locked and open when changing terrain surfaces.
The 2018 sDuro Trekking eBike is equipped with Shimano's wide range 11 speed drive train. The SLX / XT setup offers a huge range of gearing from 11 to 42 teeth at the rear.
This offers excellent ratios for both climbing & picking up speed on long flat areas. Couple this with XT rapid fire 11 speed shifters, the gearing is both responsive and crisp.
Haibike have finished the xDuro Trekking 7.0 eBike with sealed through axle Haibike disc hubs laced onto strong and lightweight Rodi alloy double wall rims.
The sDuro Trekking 7.0 Trekking eBike is equipped with all the essentials including front/rear lights (Powered off the Bosch eBike system itself), mudguards, a rear rack & side stand.
Overall this is a great hybrid bike for a mixture of uses. A fast roller on the road but with the ability to take on light paths / tracks as well. Want to do a little more trail riding too? Check out the new Haibike sDuro Trekking 7.0 with larger 27.5" tyres for 2018.
Bosch CX & Intuvia eBike System
The new Haibike sDuro Trekking 7.0 2018 eBike features the Bosch Performance CX crank drive motor, so you can be sure it's fitted with the latest kit and setup for optimum performance.
The 250w CX system outputs 75Nm of torque & peaks at 500w! It certainly packs a punch, it will also offer up to 300% assistance in turbo mode. Featuring 4 levels of assistance & remember you can always turn the power off and ride it as a normal bike!
This machine rolls just the same as a normal cycle. In fact the quality in the design, geometry & build make it a true performer! The Haibike Trekking 7.0 features the Bosch 500Wh PowerPack Battery, so it hosts the most range possible on a Bosch powered electric mountain bike.
For 2018 Haibike have equipped the Intuvia display, offering all the essential parameters on one easy to read display, including:- Speed, assistance mode, average, speed, range, odometer and battery bar.

This electric bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialled in for optimum performance. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, keys, charger & free follow up service within 3 months.
Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support for customers further afield using a laptop or PC connected to the internet, combined with our diagnostic equipment.
E-bikeshop is a UK Bosch Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
