When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.
Why can't I purchase some items?
Some certain products we hold exclusively to support our bike customers (those who purchase their bike directly from us).
When you purchase your bike directly from us, your account is unlocked for quick access to order these spares, should you need them.

It's easy to purchase & redeem gift cards online:
- Purchase your gift cards on this page
- After the order is confirmed, your gift cards arrive by email
- Print the gift card page or send the email link to recipient
- Easily redeem by entering the gift card code at the checkout
Gift cards are delivered in electronic format, however you can print the gift card page if you wish to gift this in a card or present for example.
Gift cards expire 5 years from the date they are purchased.
When you purchase a gift card, this will not be sent directly to the intended recipient. It's up to you to then gift the card to the intended recipient. Some customers are worried we'll send this direct to the recipient, spoiling the surprise - but don't worry, this won't happen.
Please Note: Gift cards cannot be purchased using our Finance options. It's against the terms of the finance provider.
