This means that parts and spares for this range of electric bikes are largely proprietary and only available from a registered Haibike dealer to fir their own bikes and are not cross-compatible with any other type of bike on the market.

With the FLYON range of bikes having been officially discontinued in early 2021 in the UK, parts and spares availability will naturally only decline as time goes on. We hold a reasonable amount of spares for the FLYON range, however due to supply constraints, these are only available to our own customers who have purchased a compatible FLYON driven bike with us. We cannot support the customers of other spares where their supplying dealer has chosen not to stockpile routine maintenance and repair spares to ensure they can keep their customers on the road in the way we have.
