Our qualified technicians will hand assemble and setup the bike to your specification. It will then be carefully wrapped and boxed into one of our specially designed packages to ensure safe transport of your new eBike.

Your new electric bike will be delivered fully setup to your home or work address on a next day basis. You can enter the delivery address in the checkout. Bike deliveries are made between 9am-6pm. You may wish to specify a delivery day in the 'Comments' field at the checkout. If you do not state anything, we will endeavour to deliver your new electric bike asap.

Bikes will arrive in a box and are 98% assembled by ourselves, you will have to fit pedals and also position the handlebars and tighten. With some packaging you may have to re-fit the front wheel or carry out other minor assembly tasks. You will receive a notification from our system on dispatch and also a follow up email from our couriers with more specific delivery day tracking.

For all items purchased through the website we offer England, Wales and Central Belt of Scotland 24 hour courier delivery at a fixed price of £4.99. Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland are sent 2-3 days and are charged as follows:-

+ Isle of Wight: Small parcels £9.99, Bikes £14.99.
+ Scottish Highlands: Small parcels £19.99, Bikes £49.99.
+ Northern Ireland: Small parcels £29.99, Bikes £149.99.
+ Scottish Offshore Islands and Isle of Man: Small parcels £39.99, Bikes £149.99.
+ Orkney and Shetland Islands: Small parcels £45.99, Bikes £154.99.

Higher charges may apply to Tandems, these will be quoted at checkout. We will dispatch items at the earliest opportunity, normally within 2 working days. A tracking number should be given by the couriers once we have booked the delivery, this is sent via email. 

Items on 24 hour courier should be delivered next working day by 6 p.m. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for the delivery. Please remember that we rely on 3rd party couriers so delivery dates and times are outside of our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

For all deliveries the recipient will receive confirmation in advance via SMS Message and/or Email from our couriers.


Our qualified technicians will hand assemble and setup the bike to your specification. We will then contact you to arrange a convenient day/time for collection. You will receive a collection notification with your time slot and how to find us. 

On arrival at the specified time your new bike will be ready to collect as part of what's called a Handover. This allows us to show you the basic function of the bike and also answer any questions you may have. You can ask for any adjustments to be made, there is also the option to setup suspension to the riders weight on mountain bikes. 

You can then take the bike away. If you are loading onto/into a car a member of our team will be able to assist. Please note, for car cycle racks and insurance purposes we are not allowed to load bikes onto the cycle racks for you. However we will, of course, be able to advise where necessary. 

You can select to collect in-store at our checkout. This is from our HQ based in Surrey, UK.


International delivery prices are calculated during the checkout process. Most of our deliveries are via Saver Worldwide Air freight however for some locations we offer an alternative cheaper Road Economy option. If this is available to your area it will be presented during the checkout process. Please note that we do not include any local taxes, import duties or other charges which may be levied in your own country and these remain your responsibility.

We require 'Bank Transfer' as the payment method for all international shipments. Go to our International Delivery Times page for approximate delivery times.

We have dangerous goods trained staff on site and will export your new electric bike in the correct way according to regulations set out by the Civil Aviation Authority. We are fully compliant in international dangerous goods shipping under CAA/IATA Packing Instructions.

We can remove UK VAT / Tax for certain countries outside of the EU (or to businesses outside of the UK with a valid EU VIES VAT number). We can invoice you for export excluding VAT with a door-to-door shipping rate, please enquire via email here. We can only quote for export on new bikes purchased from us at the time of purchase. We are not a shipping agent for bikes you may already have. 

For international bike shipments the bikes will arrive in a smaller box than normal. The handlebars, front wheel and pedals will need to be fitted. This is simple and we can provide advice if required, please contact us if you have any difficulties.

Please note: Shipping aerosols and batteries (alone) are prohibited from international shipping.
Batteries contained on or in any of our e-bikes are fine, you can add a battery to the cart alongside a bike, but shipping batteries alone is not possible to all locatons due to Dangerous Goods shipping rules. Our checkout will advise as neccesary when you enter your country & address.


Delivery prices can be obtained at the checkout once you've enterted your country and full delivery address. Whilst we attempt to accurately show all delivery prices, due to the number of complexities involved with shipping both domestically & internationally we reserve the right to revise shipping costs. If this occurs we will contact you prior to shipping. 

Customers are sometimes confused about delivery charges. For large boxed items, such as bikes, the courier companies charge by 'volumetric weight' rather than the actual weight of the product. Our bikes, when packed, have a 'volumetric weight' of 80-160 kg.
