For 2017 Moustache started from the ground up to create the worlds first 'Hidden Power' Bosch carbon electric bike.
From drawings on paper to 3D printing to carbon frames in reality, Moustache developed this new setup for 2 years to create the perfect solution to Bosch eBike integration.
Never before has a manufacturer integrated the Bosch eBike system so well into a carbon frame to create a truly stunning seamless look. Don't believe us? Take a look for yourself.
The new Bosch CX motor is tilted and mounted in gravity castings within the carbon frame with a revised Q factor and all new geometry for 2017.
Whilst the Bosch Performance 500Wh battery is cleverly located in the carbon down tube, offering a lower centre of gravity and 'Hidden Power' seamless look.

Moustache have also updated the new 2017 Samedi carbon frames to 27.5+. What's PLUS all about? This revelation hitting the cycling industry by storm offer a wider 3" tyre for ultimate traction, comfort & grip. Without compromising on rolling resistance.
A nice fluent ride across all terrain, the 27.5+ size is a big hit for 2017 with many manufacturers jumping on board, however Moustache have developed their own exclusive 35mm wide rim to take the new tyre size which is fully tubeless compatible and capable of achieving the perfect balance between stability and cornering ability.
The Moustache Race 9 wins the 2017 Design & Innovation Awards for it's outstanding design, build and ride. The judges said:-
Moustache’s main aim when developing the Samedi 27 Race 9 was to permanently plaster a wicked grin on the rider’s face. As such, the carbon-framed beauty is a devilishly fun bike to ride. The Samedi 27 Race 9 comes sporting a super-clean look, with a fully integrated Bosch battery and cover. The brand’s love for detail is evident through the frame’s aesthetics, the all-round top spec, and Moustache’s in-house, purpose-built asymmetrical rims. In our eyes, the ‘Just Carbon’ slogan emblazoned on the top tube could be swapped for ‘Just a Great Bike’ without anyone batting an eyelid.
Moustache have equipped Sram's new Guide R hydraulic discs provide the braking on the Samedi Race 9.
With their completely new 4 piston caliper design they have been engineered to be both lightweight and powerful.
The twin piston brake offers superior amounts of braking force. Double in fact on the Race 9 over it's Race 6 & 8 younger brothers.
Combine this with a lighter weight carbon frame and larger 203mm rotors. This bike is set to be a trail eater.
The Monarch Plus RC3 shock on the back of the Samedi Race 9 is air pressure adjustable to the riders weight and this new design offers silky smooth travel and due to it's lightweight design handles the bumps better than ever!
The Monarch RC3 comes as standard with the compression adjustment where the rider can move the lever from soft to firm for on-the-fly adjustment is riding mixed terrain.
Up front we see the new FOX Float 36 Performance forks, now offering an even lighter weight chassis from it's predecessors. The stiff 36mm stations allow for minimal whilst offering a true 160mm of trail and enduro travel.
The Samedi Race 9 also offers an upgraded group set and built in internal stealth dropper post for on the fly saddle height adjustments.
The Sram X01 is a lighter and stiffer setup that it's predecessors which combined with the carbon frame brings the total weight of the bike down significantly.
You'll notice the new huge 11 speed cassette which offers an incredible 11 to 46t setup meaning this is the largest range ever possible on an electric mountain bike!
Moustache couple this with their optimised 14t sprocket up front for the perfect combination of descending and hill climbing capability on all the 2017 Samedi eMTB's.
Also offered up with their newly designed and reinforced cranks with a better Q factor and ultimate stiffness.

Bosch CX & Intuvia eBike System
The new Moustache Samedi Race 9 2017 eBike also features the latest Bosch Performance CX crank drive motor, so you can be sure it's fitted with the latest kit and setup for optimum performance.
The new 250w CX system outputs 75Nm of torque & peaks at 500w! It certainly packs a punch, it will also offer up to 300% assistance on turbo mode.
Featuring 4 levels of assistance & remember you can always turn the power off and ride it as a normal bike!
This machine rolls just the same as a normal cycle. In fact the quality in the design, geometry & build make it a true performer! The Samedi Race 9 eMTB features the brand new Bosch 500Wh PowerPack Battery for 2017 so it hosts the most range possible on a Bosch powered electric mountain bike.

What's included?
This electric bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialled in for optimum performance. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, keys, charger & free follow up service within 3 months.
Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support for customers further afield using a laptop or PC connected to the internet, combined with our diagnostic equipment.
E-bikeshop is a UK Bosch Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
