Very easy and comfortable to ride, great features ,brilliant battery life, fantastic on hills, all round it’s just a very good female bike . I did my research and this one just kept standing out . Very happy with my choice.

The Moustache Samedi 28.3 is a beautifully constructed, quality e-bike. I have found the ride position, suspension and saddle combine to give a really comfortable ride. The Bosch system is powerful and runs very quietly. I like the simplicity of the hub gears and find the 5 speeds give an ample spread of options for most situations. I would definitely recommend this bike and the E Bike Shop who have been very helpful and provide a quick service.

I've had my Trekking 3 for 7 months now and it has been a complete life-changer. My daily commute is a mere 7 miles and I was doing this by car mainly because of the hills involved. Knowing absolutely nothing about E-bikes, I researched the market for months and watched so many reviews but became totally confused as nothing really seemed to address my requirements. I simply wanted to get to work without having a cardiac arrest en-route! I didn't need to break the sound barrier or launch away from traffic lights like a Maserati. So I refined my requirements to suit me namely: Well-built bike, good quality motor and electrical components, ease of use and realistic hill-climbing capabilities. My Trekking 3 has it all. The Bosch motor is super-powerful, smooth, totally noise free and all controls fall easily to hand on the bluetooth connected controller. You really do feel the difference as you change power modes and gearing to suit your ride. On the flat I easily achieve 15 mph with minimal effort. On the (nasty) hill, between 9-12 mph. When I get to work, I want to turn around and do it all over again - it's that much fun.
I'm 66 years old next birthday, and my Haibike has made me feel like I'm 25 again. I love it...!!

This is how it went.chose the bike and paid on a Sunday,got despatch information on the Monday,bike arrives on the Tuesday all packaged up excellently.A few minor issues were resolved via email which were swiftly responded to.All in All a excellent quality service.
The bike was fully built up within 10 mins ready to ride.

Whole process faultless. Wish I had taken the plunge ages ago. Looking forward to getting a lot of use out of my Cube. So far it has been an eye-opener in the best sense.

This e bike is so comfortable to ride,it’s easy to use the gears and fab brakes.It makes steep climbs much easier with the help of the battery.

If you want to do any maintenance or cleaning on your Performance CX, you have to have this tool to remove the chain ring guard. It needs a 1/2 inch ratchet to turn it, but it easy to use.

The part came and it was exactly what I needed the only drawback was how long it took to arrive

Easy to order online, tremendous value (’23 model discounted by £800), bike arrived well packaged and straightforward to put together. I shouldn’t complain given the discount but my only gripe is having to pay £50 instead of £5 (rest of the country) for delivery as I live 30 miles past Aberdeen! I wouldn’t care but the courier was a day later than they said. Still happy to recommend E-Bikeshop.

Took me 10 minutes to fit and re-assemble the drive. Works perfectly.

Yes works well, had to buy as the cable that came with my Cube bike was a 2 pin plug, great service was dispatched very quickly
