The new Scott Strike E-Ride 710 2019 electric bikes are suitable for most UK trails. With 140mm travel front and rear they are nimble enough for lighter trails whilst enough travel for some bigger hits too. All round fun at trail centres, bike parks and single track. The Strike E-Ride is built to be comfortable for a full days ride. The 710 is the top spec model offering the best component set.

What is the Strike all about?
The new Scott Strike runs alongside the E-Genius range. It's built for those looking for a fully capable 140mm all-round trail bike, but with a relaxed position.
Many eBikes on the market in this category offer a race/aggressive geometry frame position. This is where the Strike differs. It's fully setup with decent components, but the rider position is relaxed for a full comfortable day in the saddle.
The image here shows how the position differs. Are you racing? Or are you looking for an every-day trail bike? If it's the latter then the Scott Strike is the one for you.
Offering something completely never seen before. Scott worked a lot on the ride position and improved the handling of the bike to bring confidence to the rider and avoid pedal strikes. They have also revised the swing arm length to allow for better climbing and less wheelie's. Just what's required for an eBike capable of tackling those big gruelling climbs!
New Features
New for 2019 Scott bring out a totally new model. Code named the Scott Strike E-Ride.
The Strike E-Ride is Scott's definition of comfort for a full suspension electric mountain bike. Clever components and an efficient Bosch drive system combine to give you a solid and comfortable choice for any outing.
The 710 Strike uses a custom Fox NUDE Rear shock, tuned for this bike. It's fully air adjustable to the riders weight and offers a huge amount of adjust ability in rebound and damping controls.
This combined with the Fox 34 Float Performance Elite front forks work in harmony together to give a great suspension setup to the rider both front and rear.
With 140mm travel front/rear, touch enough to take on the descents but nimble enough for the climbs & single track.

The frame on the 2019 Scott Strike is completely interchangeable for both 27.5+ and 29" wheels. This is because of Scott's clever flip chip technology, simply change the wheels and flip the chip to retain the same BB height for any riders preference on wheels.
Scott have exclusively developed the 'TwinLoc' system for both front & rear shocks for the E-Strike for 2019.
The rider can control Open, Medium and Firm for both front & rear suspension remotely on the handlebars.
This system allows traction control depending on the terrain and if the rider is ascending or descending.
The Scott E-Ride 710 comes as standard with a built in dropper post. The Fox transfer dropper is a stealth post so the cables are internally routed within the frame and gives the rider adjustable seat height with the flick of a switch on the handlebars.
The larger Shimano Zee twin pot brakes are derived around free ride & offer the ideal braking performance for eBikes.
Allowing or stopping even under the more extreme eBike circumstances. The big rotors increase stopping power and mean they won't cook over longer descents.
Expect nothing less on the E-Strike 710 for 2019.
The Strike eRide 710 2019 eBike is offered up with grippy Maxxis Rekon front and rear specific tyres. Strong but lightweight wheels are built using Formula boost hubs on through axles, laced onto slightly wider 30mm lightweight alloy double wall rims.
The Scott E-Ride 710 2019 features the brand new Sram GX Eagle drive train. This new gear setup from Sram allows a much wider range of gears to be used, in fact it's the widest range possible to date!
With a whopping 11-50t setup you'll be sure there's no climb or descent you cant tackle!
Using a type 3 roller clutch bearing means there's a smoother torque curve for quieter more precise gear shifting too.
To finish off Scott neatly integrate the Bosch CX motor at an angle and use the 500Wh 'InTube' battery with it's hidden integration which can be charged both on or off the bike.
Bosch CX & Kiox eBike System
The new Scott Strike E-Ride 710 2019 eBike features the latest Bosch Performance CX crank drive motor, so you can be sure it's fitted with the latest kit and setup for optimum performance.
The 250w CX system outputs 75Nm of torque & peaks at 500w! It certainly packs a punch, it will also offer up to 300% assistance in turbo mode. Featuring 4 levels of assistance & remember you can always turn the power off and ride it as a normal bike! In addition, the new eMTB mode allows the user to set in one assistance mode and the system itself will determine the assistance offered.
The Scott Strike features new 'InTube' Bosch 500Wh battery technology for 2019 which is completely integrated into the frame. Scott have neatly designed it so it can be charged both on & off the bike.
The 2019 Bosch Kiox display is neat & compact with a super crisp resolution LCD display screen. The Bosch Kiox display offers all the rider credentials in a neat and easy to read user interface. Riders can see important factors like speed, distance and battery range on the screen. The newly designed 2019 control buttons, sit to the left of the bars to allow scrolling of this screen.
Whats included?
This electric bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialled in for optimum performance. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, charger & free follow up service within 3 months.
Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support for customers further afield using a laptop or PC connected to the internet, combined with our diagnostic equipment.
E-bikeshop is a UK Bosch Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
