Who is this bike suitable for?
The 2020 Scott Sub Cross 10 eRide is a clutter free hybrid bike. Built for leisure riders as an all-rounder which can be used for road and off road due to it's wider, more comfortable tyres. This combined with the 11 speed drive train and higher performance CX Bosch motor make it a perfect hill climber for all conditions.
There are so many different ways to use the power settings so as to get a good workout. People routinely say things like " it's cheating" ! Well they couldn't be more wrong, I cycle about 70 miles a week which I really wouldn't be doing otherwise so I am much fitter than I was; but most of all it is just plain FUN. So my advice is get one and enjoy yourself.
New Features
The Scott Sub Cross E-Ride 10 2020 is effectively a similar bike to the Sub Tour 10 model. However Scott have made it clutter free by not having traditional mudguards, lights & rack.
Instead it has more heavy duty/wider tyres and a wider range 11 speed gear system for all round recreational use.
For 2020 Scott have fully integrated the new Bosch 625Wh battery for extended range and a full day in the saddle.
Combine this with an adjustable stem for a relaxed position and a comfy saddle you can be riding all day.
These Shimano hydraulic disc brakes to ensure the descents come to a stop where needed, with good braking performance and minimal maintenance.
Whilst we are on maintenance, aside from keeping it clean and oiling the chain from time to time, there is not actually that much else too it! Scott have built the Sub Cross E-Ride 10 2020 on decent Shimano hubs, these are laced onto strong, yet lightweight double wall alloy trekking rims.
To give it it's all-round ability Scott have opted for the Kenda Booster tyres which offer more grip & comfort over more traditional 700c touring tyres.
The Sub Cross 10 2020 features the new Sram NX system offering the same smooth and reliable shifting of it's bigger brother with the 12 tooth X-SYNC pulley wheels.
The X-HORIZON design reduces chain slap and the shifting force offering a smooth reliable setup.
You'll notice the new huge 11 speed cassette which offers an incredible 11 to 46t setup meaning this is the largest range ever possible on an electric mountain bike!
Offered in both Crossbar & Unisex drop frames the Scott Sub Cross E-Ride 10 2020 is a great all-rounder bike for those leisure riders looking for a electric bike suitable for paths as well as a little muddy conditions too. We also offer this in the touring format with lights, mudguards and a rack built in, it's called the Scott Sub Tour 10 eRide 2020.
New Bosch Performance System
The Scott Sub Cross E-Ride 10 2020 features the latest Bosch Performance eBike system. Offering a larger sprocket upfront with no internal gearing, this motor is much quieter and features little resistance when pedalling outside of the assistance.
The system is designed to be smooth & is around 30% more compact than it's predecessor. Offering support up to 275% & peak torque levels of 65Nm this system offers smooth & strong power delivery.
For 2020 Scott have equipped the Bosch Purion display, a revised smaller dash that offers quick vision of essential parameters whilst occupying a minimal amount of cockpit space.
The new Scott Sub Cross E-Ride 10 2020 is offered with the latest 625Wh Bosch eBike
battery built within the frame. Offering a full day in the saddle with no battery range anxiety. Support is delivered in different assistance modes up to 15mph.

Whats included?
This electric bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialled in for optimum performance. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, keys, charger & free follow up service within 3 months.
Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support for customers further afield using a laptop or PC connected to the internet, combined with our diagnostic equipment.
E-bikeshop is a UK Bosch Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
