When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.
Why can't I purchase some items?

Description
Finally an option to customise the gearing of your Bosch powered eBike. These sprockets are available for the Bosch Active / Performance Line / CX Motor Drive Units. These sprockets are made out of a special Carburized Steel, so should last longer than most standard sprockets.
Most UK sellers will only have access to 15t, 18t & 20t sprockets. Here exclusively at e-bikeshop & for the the first time ever we offer the option of any size possible, so you have full flexibility of gearing!
We offer these Bosch sprockets in 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 & 22 teeth sizes!
As a general reference, if you increase sprocket size the cadence will become slower (harder to pedal / faster). By decreasing sprocket size the cadence will become higher (easier to pedal / lighter for hill climbing). Generally most eMTB's come as standard with 14-18t sprockets and road / trekking bikes come as standard with 16-20t.
Please Note: This sprocket will not work with certain models with a 27.5+ rear wheel as the inner plate has a 8mm offset. This is also applicable to most 27.5+ bikes, due to the extra spacing for plus tyres. Please contact your dealer for these OEM specific parts. You will also require the Bosch Active / Performance Lock ring tool & the Bosch crank puller to remove the existing sprocket. Available from our store.
It's always advisable to use new sprockets with a new chain when replacing. The old chain could slip over the new sprocket please find chains here.
This sprocket is not for the Classic+ Bosch eBike motor.
