Formed back in 2005, Cycle Solutions is now a long standing and leading provider of the government backed Cycle to Work scheme.
Offering employers and their employees an efficient, cost-effective way to purchase bicycles & cycling equipment.
They offer efficient administration of the Cycle to Work scheme for both employers and employees via preferred retaillers in the UK.
Cycle Solutions plays a key role in promoting cycling as a sustainable and accessible mode of transportation.
At e-bikeshop.co.uk, we make it straightforward to purchase an electric bike through the Cycle Solutions Ride to Work scheme, helping employees spread the cost of an e-bike while benefiting from tax-efficient savings. This popular Cycle to Work scheme is designed to support sustainable commuting and make cycling to work a more affordable and practical option.
The Cycle Solutions Ride to Work scheme allows employees to acquire an e-bike and accessories through a salary sacrifice arrangement. Monthly payments are taken from your gross salary, reducing the amount of Income Tax and National Insurance you pay. Savings will depend on your tax band and your employer’s agreed voucher limit, so it’s always worth checking your allowance before choosing your electric bike. Use our handy savings calculator on this page for an approximate saving. Before applying for a Cycle Solutions LOC (Letter of Collection), it’s important to confirm that your employer participates in the Ride to Work scheme and has approved your application. LOC's must be issued before completing your purchase, as they cannot be applied after payment has been made. Cycle to Work vouchers cannot be combined with finance.
Buying an electric bike from e-bikeshop.co.uk using the Cycle Solutions scheme is a simple and transparent process. Start by selecting an electric bike from our extensive range, whether you’re commuting daily, riding mixed terrain or looking for extra comfort and range. Accessories such as helmets, locks and lights can also be included in your order total for added convenience. Once you’ve chosen your bike and accessories, reserve your C2W order here with a small deposit, then apply for a Cycle Solutions Ride to Work LOC for the full value of your order. When your application is approved, email your LOC (Letter of Collection) to our team and we’ll take care of the rest. Once we have processed your Cycle Solutions order the original deposit will either be refunded back in full or go towards any outstanding order value.
At e-bikeshop.co.uk, we aim to make Cycle Solutions purchases as smooth as possible. We do not charge additional administration fees for Ride to Work scheme orders, and Cycle Solutions vouchers can be used on a wide range of our electric bikes, including all of our discounted models on sale. All e-bikes purchased through the scheme must comply with UK regulations, featuring a maximum continuous motor power of 250W and pedal assistance up to 15.5mph, making them ideal for everyday commuting.

"Ebikeshop provided a great service, from my initial contact, to the bike being delivered. I bought the bike using a Cycle 2 Work scheme voucher and all correspondence over the phone or via email was excellent throughout. I was so pleased with the service that I am already looking to buy a bike for my wife from them."
