Cyclescheme Cycle To Work

Follow the 4 steps below:

It's quick and simple to process your Cyclescheme cycle to work scheme today online via our cart. *If you have reserved your order already, skip Step 3. Simply email your voucher to us (please do not enter it in the checkout if you have already reserved your order with us). We'll apply it to your order & process it for you.

1. Browse Our Store

Browse our store, add the eBike & accessories you want to the cart and note the price.

2. Apply For Certificate

Using the total price, apply for your Certificate online via the scheme providers website.

3. Enter Certificate*

When you get your certificate, enter it in our cart. This will deduct the voucher value.

4. We Deliver Your e-Bike

Once we've validated and processed it, we'll proceed to deliver your new electric bike.

Reserving An Order

During peak times; availability on bikes can change quickly. We advise between steps 1 & 2 that you contact us to confirm your order.

We give the option to reserve your order (and the bike/accessory stock) by way of a small £199 deposit. This is then refunded back when the voucher has been redeemed (or go towards any outstanding order value).

You can apply for your eCertificate by entering your order details on the Cyclescheme page here. Note: You'll require your Employer Code (provided by your employer) and also your Payroll Number (shown on your payslip).

Cycle To Work Schemes Important Information

GOOD TO KNOW

Unlike some stores, we don’t charge any administration fees for processing schemes.

You must notify us if using a scheme when placing an order, or prior to full payment where a deposit has been placed to secure a bike.

IMPORTANT

We cannot retrospectively apply a voucher or scheme once full payment has been made.
