Work out everything you want to purchase, then click the 'Confirm Your Order' button below and fill in the form.
When your voucher arrives, simply email it over to us and we'll redeem it and apply it to your order for you.

During peak times; availability on bikes can change quickly. We advise between steps 1 & 2 that you contact us to confirm your order.
We give the option to reserve your order (and the bike/accessory stock) by way of a small £199 deposit. This is then refunded back when the voucher has been redeemed (or go towards any outstanding order value).

You can apply for your eCertificate by entering your order details on the Cyclescheme page here. Note: You'll require your Employer Code (provided by your employer) and also your Payroll Number (shown on your payslip).

As one of the UK’s longest-running Cycle to Work providers, Cyclescheme offers a simple, tax-efficient way to invest in an e-bike that suits your lifestyle, whether that’s commuting, leisure riding, or replacing short car journeys.
With Cyclescheme, your employer hires the e-bike and accessories on your behalf, and you repay the cost via monthly salary sacrifice. Because payments are taken from your gross salary, you save on both Income Tax and National Insurance. Depending on your earnings, this can reduce the overall cost of your e-bike by up to 47%, making premium e-bikes and essential accessories much more affordable.
Ordering your e-bike from e-bikeshop.co.uk using Cyclescheme is refreshingly straightforward. If you already have your voucher, you can actually add everything you wish to purchase to the cart and enter your certificate number and redemption code, our checkout will then process your voucher automatically and reduce the order by whatever value your voucher is, leaving you to checkout online and/or settle any remaining balance.
If you have not yet applied for your Cyclescheme voucher, then begin by selecting your e-bike and any accessories you’d like to include, then confirm the total value. You can reserve your order here and also request a Cyclescheme voucher through your employer’s benefits system. Once your voucher is approved, email it to our team and we’ll check everything over, process your order, and get your e-bike ready for delivery or collection if you'd prefer to collect from our store.
By reserving your order first, you'll place a small £199 deposit to secure the bike whilst you await your voucher. This gives you peace of mind that your chosen bike won’t sell out before everything is approved. Once we have processed your Cyclescheme voucher the original deposit will either be refunded back or go towards any outstanding order value.
Before placing your order, there are a few important details to be aware of. We don’t add any admin or handling fees for Cyclescheme orders, so there are no unexpected costs. Cyclescheme vouchers can be used on discounted and sale e-bikes, allowing you to stretch your savings even further. However, Cycle to Work vouchers can’t be used alongside finance options, and vouchers must be declared before checkout — they can’t be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been paid for.

By spreading the cost across manageable monthly deductions, many riders find it easier to choose an e-bike that truly meets their needs rather than compromising on spec.
