During peak times; availability on bikes can change quickly. We advise between steps 1 & 2 that you contact us to confirm your order.
We give the option to reserve your order (and the bike/accessory stock) by way of a small £199 deposit. This is then refunded back when the voucher has been redeemed (or go towards any outstanding order value).

Apply for your voucher by entering your order details on the 'Instant GCI' section of the website. If you employer is registered with 'Corporate GCI' then you'll also need your 'Employer Code' (provided by your employer).
New to the GCI Cycle to Work Scheme? For small companies it's best to use the Instant GCI process. For larger companies use the Corporate GCI.

To help you secure popular models, we offer the option to reserve your electric bike with a £199 refundable deposit while your voucher is being arranged. If your voucher doesn't cover the full balance we will use some of the deposit to settle any outstanding order value.
