During peak times; availability on bikes can change quickly. We advise between steps 1 & 2 that you contact us to confirm your order.
We give the option to reserve your order (and the bike/accessory stock) by way of a small £199 deposit. This is then refunded back when the voucher has been redeemed (or go towards any outstanding order value).

You can apply for your voucher by logging in to the Vivup platform and entering your order details. Note: You'll need to register here via the Vivup portal. We'll require a signed voucher ahead of delivery or collection.

The voucher value available to you will depend on your employer’s policy, so it’s important to check your allowance before choosing your electric bike. To buy an electric bike from e-bikeshop.co.uk using Vivup, simply start by selecting the eBike that best suits your commuting distance, riding style or leisure needs. Our range includes models suitable for daily commuting, mixed terrain and longer-distance road riding. Eligible safety accessories such as locks, helmets and lights can also be included in your voucher total for added convenience. Once you’ve chosen your bike and accessories, you can reserve your order here with a small deposit and then apply for a Vivup Cycle to Work voucher for the total order value. After your application has been approved, send your (signed) voucher to our team and we’ll take care of the rest. Once we have processed your voucher the original deposit will either be refunded back or go towards any outstanding order value.
Before placing your order, it’s important to confirm that your employer is enrolled in the Vivup Cycle to Work scheme and has approved your application. Vouchers must be issued prior to completing your purchase, as they cannot be added after payment has been made. Cycle to Work vouchers also cannot be used in conjunction with finance and with Vivup vouchers you must sign them before sending to us so we can release your bike for delivery or collection. We aim to make Vivup Cycle to Work purchases as straightforward as possible. At e-bikeshop.co.uk, we do not apply additional processing fees for scheme orders, and Vivup vouchers can be used discounted electric bikes on sale.
