When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.
Why can't I purchase some items?
Some certain products we hold exclusively to support our bike customers (those who purchase their bike directly from us).
When you purchase your bike directly from us, your account is unlocked for quick access to order these spares, should you need them.
Purchased from us, but don't see the option to 'Add to Cart'? Please get in touch and our team will be able to assist.
Description
This is a service to activate the ON / OFF light button on the Bosch eBike head unit. You can pre wire lights directly from within the motor housing. Once installed you will have to get the light switch activated by visiting us in-store. Lighting cables can be found in the related products tab.
This service covers all Bosch Classic+, Active & Performance line eBikes. Covers model years 2013, 2014, 2015, & 2016+
This service is to activate the switch button only, this is not to wire the lights/wires onto the bike.
Please Note: These services are only for people who have bought their bikes directly from us.

The ADD TO CART button will appear to pre-approved customers when logged in. If this doesn't appear and you purchased your bike direct from us please email us with a copy of your bike purchase receipt & we will add you to our approved customer list.
This service is free of charge to customers who have purchased their bike from us.
Once ordered and you checkout, we will call you on the number provided to arrange a time for you to bring your ebike in-store to be updated.
