When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.
Why can't I purchase some items?
Some certain products we hold exclusively to support our bike customers (those who purchase their bike directly from us).
When you purchase your bike directly from us, your account is unlocked for quick access to order these spares, should you need them.

COBI Bike Plus for Bosch Motor (Inc Lights)
Use COBI plus to connect your Bosch eBike with your digital world and turn it into a real smart-bike using your phone.
Plug & play Installation
COBI.Bike for Bosch eBike drives is super simple to install. The COBI.Bike system replaces the display and slides onto the central Bosch display adapter. You can control the motor and all the features using the existing Bosch control unit.
Since thereās no complex installation necessary, switching back to the original display at any time is easy. The app and the eBike are both operated via the existing handlebar-mounted controller. The original display can still be used.
Please bear in mind, when ordering the COBI system, it will work with standard Bosch controls. But it's much easier to navigate if you have the Bosch Nyon control buttons fitted to the bike also as you can use the side button cursor to scroll the user interface.
