Glitch in your system??
The guys at e-Bike Shop were fantastic. Held bike for me until C2W scheme voucher came through. Answered my numerous and regular questions and put up with my constant emails. Bike arrived all setup and well protected with no damage. Just waiting on my Ride Wrap to arrive before I take it for a serious ride (difficult to resist). These guys were super helpful and you could do a lot worse than give these guys your patronage.
I recently hired a Cube bike to make my 20th ascent of the Stelvio Pass. The other 19 times I’d ridden up on either my road bikes or my FatBike. The 20th ride up was on my 60th Birthday, so I wanted to finally enjoy the ride up.
The Cube bike is hired was not as good as the 2022 Reaction EXC, but I was already convinced that a Cube was ordered before I left Italy for the UK.
The guys at the EBike Shop have been brilliant all the way, Ben has answered all my questions the same day, and was on hand for the extra parts I’d wanted to order along with the bike.
I can’t thank them enough, I love the new bike, and can’t wait to take part in the 2023 StelvioBike event on it.

The bike isn't bad, I bought because the one I wanted wasn't available for months, so decided this was good enough for the frame, size, battery motor, wheels, brake calipers and smart system then changed everything else. Added GX Eagle drive train and shifter with matchmaker, MT7 pro levers, dropper, SMP seat, maxxis Reckon 2.8 tyres, sealant filled schwalbe tubes, nukeproof 38mm rise bars, nukeproof lockon grips. Turned it into a much more capable bike. Can't fault e-bikeshop, their staff are great, shout out to Ben and Alfred, thanks guys. Would definitely buy from there again.
