When i got this bike i thought there was something missing when putting it together. On the phone at once and the guy phone described each individual package until i had everything i needed. not bad at all. Anyway to the bike. Upgrade the front forks asap. AIR FORKS and Preferably a one with a lockout. Already done this to another Cube bike my daughter has and the ride experience is night and day.

This is my 1st ebike, really love the performance of this bike. I've been out on it the last two days and covered 60miles with ease. Once you get to grip with the controls it's really easy to ride, and the service I have received so far from ebike shop is 2nd to none, well recommend the bike and the seller, and it arrived earlier than expected
