Customer service was exceptional from start to

Ordered through Cycle to Work scheme (delivered by work only through Halfords/Tredz) and customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Great communication, handled the transfer of the Letter of Collection and arranged for prompt delivery. Bike arrived safe and very well packaged with excellent supporting info to help assembly - I've put a few bikes together before but the clarity of info, especially on suspension set up was superb.

Bike does exactly what I need it to. Took it for a 25 mile trip including cross-country, singletrack, moderate downhill all linked with country lanes. Bike, motor, gears the whole package worked seamlessly from first pedal. Does it make it easier riding an e-bike? Yes. Does it help you ride further, faster, safer? Definitely. Smiling from start to finish!
