Cube Touring Hybrid

I have had the bike a few weeks now and really like it and its very comfortable. The Bosch assist is excellent and the range stated is about right. This is a comfortable, but heavy bike and without any assist I would struggle with it. It has knocked 10 minutes off my 6 mile commute compared to my old unassisted hybrid bike.

Bike was delivered incorrectly assembled. Retailer refused to collect and repair instead sending me tools. Wheel was buckled. Worst customer service I've ever encountered

Sorry about the delay in replying but I have been out on my bike!
After the initial problem with the charger, which Fred identified and rectified quickly all has gone well.
The bike is a joy to ride, very smooth and quiet and all features function well. The added boost when going uphill is quite remarkable. I also enjoy a more upright posture when cycling which I find more relaxing and it enables me to see over hedges and appreciate the countryside more.
It may be an insignificant point but I find the sort of splayed handgrips especially comfortable.
May I also commend the E-Bikeshop staff for for their professional approach and courteous manner throughout this transaction.
