Haibike Hybe CF 9 2025

Initially before the bike was dispatched I was excited, having bought my first Ebike, communication from Ebikeshop was very good. Then it started to go downhill, paid to get bike wrapped before delivery, unfortunately this was not possible as Ridewrap didn’t have a kit in my bike size available, next available appointment approx 7 weeks . This was out of Ebikeshops control so no issues with E-Bikeshop. The bike wrap money was refunded and the bike dispatched for delivery, emails confirming delivery from both E-Bikeshop and TNT, the bike would be delivered on April 2nd before 6pm. Made arrangements to get bike delivered to an alternative bike wrapping facility on the Tuesday after Easter. Stayed in all day on 2nd April, looked at delivery status just before 5pm, it said delivery held awaiting correct address. I contacted E-Bikeshop and asked them to contact TNT to help sort out the address issue at approx 5pm, the impression I got was the bike had left E-Bikeshop and was no longer their concern, they very reluctantly agreed and said they would contact TNT. I waited until 5:40pm to hear back, didn’t hear back from E-Bikeshop so I called/emailed TNT myself resulting in the delivery being rearranged to 7th April, I couldn’t cancel the bike wrap appointment because of the Easter weekend. When bike arrived was even more dissapointed, bike was not in OEM packaging, the box was for a different manufacturer. On inspection found some scratches and missing paint and the bike/wheels very dusty, this was disappointing as E-Bikeshop said as part of another conversation that they carry out a full PDI before delivery. The bike is a 2025 model and was on sale but I was still expecting it to be pristine. I have’nt had a chance to ride the bike yet but the overall experience so far has been of disappointment. Hopefully this will change when I get the bike back after wrapping and then riding it.
