It's a beast but....

It came with a shifter not shifting properly around cog 3-6. It's rattling, needs 2 shifts to do move 1 cog up or down and/or moves 2 cogs suddenly. So the first experience is not great. On top of this ebikeshop offering no collectio and dropoff services for warranty work so I would need to deliver this to them, doesn't matter where I live or got a big enough car or not. I should also wait there till they fix it and then take it back home.
Now this latter is obviously not the bike's fault but combined with the issue I got it's more than annoying.
