The entry level sDuro All Mountain electric bike from Haibike, the AllMtn 5.0 2017 offers a reasonable price with 150mm travel. This good specced eMTB is built for All Mountain / Trail Centre / Free Ride use. One of the most versatile styles of eBikes on offer.
After much research into e-mountain bikes, and visiting a number of dealers, I was blown away by the brilliant service given at e-bikeshop. New Features
The 2017 Haibike sDuro AllMtn 5.0 is the entry level model within the sDuro All Mountain range of electric bikes.
Built using a hydro formed stiff and lightweight chassis this 150mm all mountain bike is setup to be put through it's paces.
A truly versatile machine for a mix of riding styles. It's not too big for trail centres but will also handle the odd bike park too.
A 10 Speed Shimano gear set allows enough for both up and down trail centres with minimal fuss.
The new Shimano SLX mech's, offer a clutch system to reduce chain suck and keep an overall crisp feeling with less flex and bounce over the rougher bumps.
The 2017 sDuro AllMtn 5.0 features a Suntour 150mm front and rear suspension with lockout so the riders energy can be conserved whilst climbing or on less bumpy terrain. The shock and front forks are air adjustable for the specific riders weight.
The 27.5" wheels are made up of XLC disc hubs which are quick release front and rear, these are laced onto Rodi disc specific alloy double wall rims and Sapim double butted spokes. A strong but lightweight wheel set, perfect for your everyday biker in 2017!
The wheels come as standard with tubes but a fully tubeless ready. We see XLC sealed hubs built on strong double wall alloy rims.
These wheels are strong enough for full attack, but offer a lightweight design and easy removal due to the quick release through axle hubs.
Haibike have specc'd the AllMtn 5.0 with Schwalbe Hans Dampf Performance tyres. A popular tyre amongst MTB'ers for all year round trail grip and control.
On the 2017 sDuro AllMtn 5.0 we see the Tektro hydraulic disc brakes front and rear with larger 180 / 203mm rotors for increased stopping power.
Couple this with a Selle Royal Voga saddle and XLC sport lock-on grips it's comfortable too.
Yamaha eBike System
The new Haibike sDuro AllMtn 5.0 is powered by the Yamaha PW series electric bike system. Haibike has partnered with Yamaha to bring a brand new line of sDuro eBikes, this powerful 250w motor offers up to 280% assistance and peaks at 80Nm of torque.
The power curve comes in early and is responsive as soon as you touch the pedals. The assistance is set in 4 levels for 2017 - 'Eco+', 'Eco', 'Standard' & 'High'. This allows the user to fine tune the amount of assistance required during the ride offering complete flexibility and control.
The Haibike sDuro AllMtn 5.0 2017 eBike is offered with the 400Wh Yamaha battery to give a full day's ride time. The Yamaha eBike battery can be quickly recharged in a matter of hours and the new LCD display shows not just how much capacity the battery holds but also the predicted range in assisted miles. The charger now boasts an even smaller shell for 2017.

This electric bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialled in for optimum performance. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, keys, charger & free follow up service within 3 months.
Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support.
E-bikeshop is a UK Yamaha Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
