Who is this bike suitable for?
The Haibike sDuro Cross 3.0 eBike is the mid spec model with the renowned Bosch motor. It's effectively the same as the Trekking bike but without all the clobber and a slightly wider tyre with a little grip for paths, tracks & bridleways as well as road.
I've had my new sDuro Cross 3 for just a few days now but I have to say that I couldn't be more impressed. It has exceeded my expectations, and they were high. The bike is of very high quality and handles like a dream. I must also thank e-bikeshop for the good communications, ease of ordering and delivery service which was first class.
New Features
The Haibike sDuro Cross 3.0 is available in the unisex variant which offers a slightly lower cross bar and refined geometry to allow a slightly more upright position.
The 2019 Cross 3.0 features the high Performance CX Bosch motor offering 25% more assistance and 25% more torque over the standard system. With the 500Wh battery pack offering 25% more range too.
The new 2019 Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes are powerful yet simple. Offering minimal fuss, simple brake pad change and typically the pads last double as long as standard V brake rubber pads.
The 2019 Cross 3.0 features the Suntour NEX front suspension fork with a mild 63mm of travel to take the zing out of the front end. These lightweight fork's are constructed of magnesium lowers also feature a lockout so the rider can switch between locked and open when changing terrain surfaces.
The new Haibike sDuro Cross 3.0 2019 is equipped with fast rolling 700c wheels wrapped with Schwalbe Smart Sam tyres.
These tyres offer more grip with a slightly wider tread pattern for use on roads, paths, bridleways and trails too.
The Cross 3.0 is a lighter and clutter free bike for 2019. A good all round 'Hybrid' bike for a mixture of use.
This 2019 model electric bike is geared with Shimano's 9 speed Alivio setup. However Haibike have specified with with a wide range SunRace cassette.
Typically a 9 speed gear range is limited, but combined with the wide range cassette gives this setup a range of 11-40t. Superb hill climbing ability is provided.
Haibike have finished the 2019 sDuro Cross 3.0 eBike with sealed through axle Haibike disc hubs laced onto strong and lightweight Rodi alloy double wall rims.
We also do this model with all the essentials including front/rear lights (Powered off the Bosch eBike system itself), mudguards, a rear rack & side stand. It's called the Haibike sDuro Trekking 3.0 2019 electric bike.
Bosch Performance CX eBike System
The new Haibike sDuro Cross 3.0 2019 eBike features the Bosch Performance CX crank drive motor, so you can be sure it's fitted with the latest kit and setup for optimum performance.
The 250w CX system outputs 75Nm of torque & peaks at 500w! It certainly packs a punch, it will also offer up to 300% assistance in turbo mode. Featuring 4 levels of assistance & remember you can always turn the power off and ride it as a normal bike!
Assistance levels range:- Eco, Tour, Sport & Turbo! Eco offering 50% up to Turbo at 500% assistance.
This machine rolls just the same as a normal cycle. In fact the quality in the design, geometry & build make it a true performer! The Haibike Cross 5.0 features the Bosch 500Wh PowerPack Battery, so it hosts the most range possible on a Bosch powered electric mountain bike.
For 2019 Haibike have equipped the Intuvia display, offering all the essential parameters on one easy to read display, including:- Speed, assistance mode, average, speed, range, odometer and battery bar.
Whats included?
This electric bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialled in for optimum performance. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, keys, charger & free follow up service within 3 months.
Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support for customers further afield using a laptop or PC connected to the internet, combined with our diagnostic equipment.
E-bikeshop is a UK Bosch Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
