Who is this bike suitable for?
The Haibike sDuro Cross 6.0 is a new Yamaha PW-SE with InTube tech in the 2019 Haibike Cross range. It's effectively the same as the Trekking bike but without all the clobber and a slightly wider tyre with a little grip for paths, tracks & bridleways as well as road.
This was my first toe dip into the world of E-Bikes. I am so pleased with this - my choice of E-bike. The thrill of riding this bike is absolutely fantastic. I was unsure about the power delivered as I had never tried one but it really didn't disappoint.
Haibike Modular Rail System
The all new MRS (Modular Rail System) from Haibike allows accessories to be integrated neatly onto your new Haibike electric Bike. This can include anything from a water bottle to a lock.
Exclusively compatible with new Haibike electric bikes with 'InTube' integration, this system is both flexible and versatile in a way that's never been possible before.
At E-Bikeshop we'll exclusively be offering these accessories fitted to your new bike. Any that you add to the basket will arrive fitted, these cannot be purchased separately for bikes bought elsewhere.
In true Haibike German design the accessories are matched perfectly, with quality fixings like the water bottle for example, which quickly snap locks back into place when you get it back near the magnets. Thus not allowing it to fall off mid ride!
Furthermore, you are not restricted to just one accessory. Many you can mount in tandem, like the frame lock and bottle for example.
Please Note: These accessories are only compatible with Haibike's using the MRS system.

New Features
The unisex variant offers a slightly lower cross bar and refined geometry to allow a slightly more upright position.
New for 2019 the Cross 6.0 features the Yamaha PW-SE motor for more power and assistance.
It also has a 500Wh Yamaha battery built into the frame, not only does it look great, but this makes it compatible with the new Haibike MRS accessories too.
The new 2019 Shimano MT400 hydraulic disc brakes are powerful yet simple. Offering minimal fuss, simple brake pad change and typically the pads last double as long as standard V brake rubber pads.
The 2019 Cross 6.0 features the Suntour NCX front suspension fork with 75mm of travel to take the zing out of the front end. These lightweight fork's are constructed of magnesium lowers also feature an adjustable lockout so the rider can switch between locked and open when changing terrain surfaces.
The new Haibike sDuro Cross 6.0 2019 is equipped with fast rolling 700c wheels wrapped with Schwalbe Smart Sam tyres.
These tyres offer more grip with a slightly wider tread pattern for use on roads, paths, bridleways and trails too.
The Cross 6.0 is a lighter and clutter free bike for 2019. A good all round 'Hybrid' bike for a mixture of use.
The Cross 6.0 2019 eBike is one of the only crank driven electric bikes in the world to offer a dual ring on the front.
Giving a massive 20 gear range in a 2 x 10 setup ensuring maximum gear range is given for both up & down hill.
Haibike have finished the 2019 sDuro Cross 6.0 eBike with sealed through axle Haibike disc hubs laced onto strong and lightweight Rodi alloy double wall rims.
We also do this model with all the essentials including front/rear lights (Powered off the Yamaha eBike system itself), mudguards, a rear rack & side stand. It's called the Haibike sDuro Trekking 6.0 2019 electric bike.
Yamaha PW-SE eBike System
The new 2019 Haibike sDuro Cross 6.0 is powered by the Yamaha PW-SE electric bike system. This new system for 2019 offers up to 280% assistance and peaks at 70Nm of torque. The power curve comes in early and is responsive as soon as you touch the pedals. The PW-SE supports a higher cadence than the standard PW Series, now offering up to 110rpm.
The assistance is offered in 4 levels allowing the user to fine tune the amount of assistance required during the ride offering complete flexibility and control. The Yamaha PW-SE system uses a larger capacity 500Wh battery, with an assisted range of up to 140 miles due to the new Eco+ assistance mode & 25% increase in capacity whilst being completely built into the frame.
The 2019 Yamaha eBike battery can be quickly recharged in a matter of hours and the new LCD side switch offers rider data on the move in a simple and clear to read display. You can also connect to the system via smart phone for navigation and a full fitness tracking suite.
Whats included?
This electric bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialled in for optimum performance. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, keys, charger & free follow up service within 3 months.
Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support for customers further afield using a laptop or PC connected to the internet, combined with our diagnostic equipment.
E-bikeshop is a UK Bosch Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
