Who is this bike suitable for?
The sDuro FullSeven 8.0 is the top spec 120mm trail electric mountain bike in the Haibike sDuro range for 2018. Built on the highest performing Yamaha PW-X system for all round trail, cross country and single track riding. Covering most UK trail centres.
I had a brilliant time on my new FullSeven it made my ride so much more enjoyable. When I first heard about e-bikes I thought they were for lazy riders and a bit ‘cheating’ but frankly it is just like using a geared vs an un-geared bike. The most exciting thing is the wider terrain it has opened up to me. As you said you get to go Faster, Further and Steeper than you would on an ‘ordinary’ bike.
New Features
The new 2018 sDuro FullSeven 8.0 offered with the mighty Yamaha PW-X system & 500Wh battery for maximum range.
Haibike have equipped the FullSeven 8.0 with a RockShox Deluxe RT rear shock. It takes the damping system from the original Monarch shock and built it into a new sized chassis.
Offering open and pedal mode the rider can select either depending on the terrain, you can conserve energy in pedal mode whilst still allowing compression in any scenario.
Ready to hit the downhill sections? No problem, simply open it up to allow the 120mm shock absorb the back end.
It's also air pressure adjustable spending on the riders weight and offers rebound damping via the Rapid Recovery system.
At the front Haibike have fitted the new Suntour AION fork.
Offered at an affordable price level with all the features of higher end forks. Tested and developed by Suntour to offer an eBike optimised ride with a Hydraulic lockout, 150mm of travel and of course allowing for the 27.5+ boost axle.
The stoppers on the 2018 sDuro FullSeven 8.0 are provided by Magura's MT4, lightweight, hydraulic disc brakes.
The new 2 finger lever offers good control whilst attacking the trails. The new Carbontecture construction brings the overall weight down while maintaining optimal braking performance.
Haibike have adopted their own factory wheel set onto the FullSeven 8.0 with boost hubs and 27+ rims. Built on Rodi alloy lightweight 35mm wide rims using DT Swiss spokes.
The Yamaha system allows a dual ring at the front, so the FullSeven 8.0 boasts a 2x10 Shimano gear setup for 2018.
The new Shimano XT mech's are lighter weight and offer even crisper gear changes coupled with a Shimano front mech for full 20 speed gearing.
What more could you want? 27.5+ wheels, Yamaha PW-X power system, 20 speed Shimano XT setup and 120mm of trail travel.
Yamaha PW-X eBike System
The new Haibike sDuro FullSeven 8.0 is powered by the highest performance Yamaha PW-X electric bike system. This powerful 250w motor offers up to 320% assistance and peaks at 80Nm of torque.
The power curve comes in early and is responsive as soon as you touch the pedals. The PW-X now supports higher cadences up to a staggering 120 rpm!
The assistance is offered in 5 levels - 'Eco+', 'Eco', 'Standard', 'High' & 'EXPW' (Extra POWER).
This allows the user to fine tune the amount of assistance required during the ride offering complete flexibility and control.
The Yamaha PW-X system uses a larger capacity 500Wh battery, now with an assisted range of up to 110 miles due to the new Eco+ assistance mode & 25% increase in capacity.
The Yamaha eBike battery can be quickly recharged in a matter of hours and the new LCD display mounted on the handlebars, shows not just how much capacity the battery holds but also the predicted range in assisted miles. Offered with a lightweight and compact charger.

This electric bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialled in for optimum performance. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, keys, charger & free follow up service within 3 months.
Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support.
E-bikeshop is a UK Yamaha Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
