Who is this bike suitable for?
The 2017 Haibike sDuro NDURO 6.0 is the mid range Enduro electric bike from Haibike, the sDuro NDURO 6.0 offers a decent 180mm travel base and good components. This enduro eMTB is built for rough All Mountain / Trail Centre / Free Ride / Downhill use. Forget the uplifts, now we can get more runs in a day! More runs = more ride time & therefore more fun!
The reason for which I bought an enduro e-bike is that it allows me to climb really long and steep tracks, which otherwise would be to exhausting for me and I would have to walk a lot beside a pushbike. But for the long descents that naturally follow the climb, I was in a need for a capable machine, with strong and reliable suspensions and frame, with strong brakes and wheel sets. The seat dropper is fantastic as well. This is the machine I was looking for.
New Features
The new Haibike sDuro NDURO 6.0 features a refined spec base, geometry & 500Wh Yamaha battery for 2017.
Featuring the new 2017 RockShox Yari RC 180mm suspension forks give a good travel for all mountain riding.
The RockShox Yari RC front forks also offer stiff 35mm stanchions, a Motion Control Damper & are fully air adjustable, dependant on the rider's weight by use of a shock pump.
Couple this with the 2017 RockShox Monarch RC3 rear shock which offers 3-Way adjustable lockout and air compression. You can also adjust the rebound damping externally. Due to the new lightweight body, all this comes in at just 215 grams.
For 2017 the sDuro NDURO 6.0 wheels are 27.5" (650B), so optimise the benefits of both 26" & 29" and combine them into one fast rolling, easy to manoeuvre wheel size.
Although as standard with tubes, these are fully tubeless compatible XLC Evo hubs and Rodi rims. To maintain traction on these lovely wheels are the new 2017 Schwalbe Hans Dampf and Magic Mary Super Gravity tyres.
The stoppers on the 2017 sDuro NDURO 6.0 are provided by Magura's new MT5 4 piston hydraulic disc brakes.
The new 2 finger lever offers good control whilst attacking the trails. The new Carbontecture construction brings the overall weight down while maintaining optimal braking performance.
Built on larger disc rotors to make sure this beast of a bike comes to a stop exactly as you'd want it to!
Haibike finish the NDURO 6.0 with a Selle Royal Voga saddle and XLC dropper post too, the rider can change saddle height at a flick of a switch whilst on the move.
This 20 speed system offers a wide mixed of ratios for the user both up and down hill. The new Shimano XT mech's are lighter weight and offer even crisper gear changes coupled with a Shimano XT front mech for full 20 speed gearing.
Yamaha eBike System
The new Haibike sDuro NDURO 6.0 is powered by the Yamaha PW series electric bike system. Haibike has partnered with Yamaha to bring a brand new line of sDuro eBikes, this powerful 250w motor offers up to 280% assistance and peaks at 80Nm of torque.
The power curve comes in early and is responsive as soon as you touch the pedals. The assistance is set in 4 levels for 2017 - 'Eco+', 'Eco', 'Standard' & 'High'. This allows the user to fine tune the amount of assistance required during the ride offering complete flexibility and control.
The Haibike sDuro NDURO 6.0 2017 eBike is offered with the larger 500Wh Yamaha battery to give a full day's ride time. The Yamaha eBike battery can be quickly recharged in a matter of hours and the new LCD display shows not just how much capacity the battery holds but also the predicted range in assisted miles. The charger now boasts an even smaller shell for 2017.

This electric bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialled in for optimum performance. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, keys, charger & free follow up service within 3 months.
Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support.
E-bikeshop is a UK Yamaha Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
