Description

The 2022 Haibike Trekking 4 eBike is one of the mid-range models in the Haibike trekking range for 2022 built with the new Yamaha PW-TE motor system and 500Wh InTube battery mounted in the frame.

Designed for road and light path use, it features the large volume "balloon" style tyres for comfort and comes equipped with essentials like lights, mudguards, pannier rack and a side stand.

Popular with leisure and commuters alike, this fast bike rolls well on roads and the hybrid tyre also takes well to light forest trails and gravel tracks. It also comes in three different frame variants, to account for all types of rider, and all levels of accessibility.

Great bike until it went wrong

Purchase a trekking 4 in May this year and I have been highly impressed by its comfort and performance until it went wrong the display showed 0 mph and the distance remaining started flashing and the motor stopped working. I have waited 6 weeks for Hiabike to replace the faulty motor. Not impressed

2 x e-bike Hai trekking mid 4 purchase

Delivery very prompt. However one received with stand bracket broken. Part speedily replaced. However on inspection the rear wheel had to be removed red to replace. Hand books in German no help whatsoever. Consulted on line English version which did not fill me with confidence. So rang shop which explained process. So was able to complete task, but felt it necessary to purchase a torque wrench with socket attachments at a cost of £40 from Halfords as does require to be tightened back up to 20 nm. I do think if a country is going to export their product to another country they should at least supply a user manual in said language. Other than that pleased with quality of product.

Delivered within 3 days of ordering. Had a minor issue with a part broken in transit but quickly replaced by e bike shop. Good service .
