ve had it for over a year now so

I love this bike. I've had it for over a year now so I have a pretty good idea of how it performs. I have owned four eBikes before I bought this one and without a doubt it blows the others away. It is the first I've used that behaves as I imagined an eBike should. It's easy to move without motor support and the support levels are just what I need. Eco mode is usable on this bike whereas every other bike I've had I don't feel any support. Most rides I go on I'm spending over 60% of my time with the motor off or in eco mode. The support on even steep hills means they are hardly noticable.

It does however have a couple of flaws. It gets through the battery quickly even on the low power modes so I'm finding it's realistic range on the hilly Isle of Wight is around 40 miles. The big issue I have with it is the battery is too difficult to remove as I need to lift the bike to slide it out. Putting it back in is even harder as the battery is so heavy. The bike needs to be lifted onto a stand or standing on its saddle / handlebars before I can get the battery back in. This makes the bike pretty unusable for a touring holiday.

In summary it's a fun bike to use when going to / from places where you can charge the battery on the bike but it's too difficult to remove / replace the battery for off bike charging.
