Who is this bike suitable for?
The new 2016 Haibike xDuro Cross RC offers a refined chassis for a mixture of riding. If you are looking for a sporty model, but tend to rider lighter terrain? Then this eBike is for you. Built with frames based on the mountain bikes but with the geometry set for a 700C wheel, this bike is equipped for your sportier rider looking for that middle ground between a clutter free trekking bike and a mountain bike, more commonly know as a hybrid bike.
After doing a lot of research into electric bikes and visiting a number of dealers, my wife and I were impressed with the knowledge and advice given at e-bikeshop, we did experience a technical problem with one of the bikes, but with e-bikeshop's service, they went the extra mile to ensure that the problem was resolved quickly leaving us as very happy customers
New Features
The xDuro Cross RC comes with the new Bosch Performance CX drive unit for 2016, with more torque and assistance. This newer style is integrated so well it gives good bottom bracket clearance and offers a nice, short back end.
The fast stopping Tektro Gemini hydraulic disc brake and you can be sure to pull up hard as you come to a stop. These brakes offer minimal maintenance and fuss. The pads last double the time of a standard V brake pad, they are self cleaning and offer superior amounts of stopping power.
The 2016 Cross RC features the Suntour NRX-D front suspension fork, offering a mild 75mm of travel to take the zing out of the front end. These lightweight fork's are constructed of magnesium lowers bringing the overall weight of the fork down. The NRX-D fork's also offer a lockout for maximum efficiency whilst climbing & are offered with a tapered steerer for a stiffer construction & less flex.
The Haibike xDuro Cross RC comes equipped with a complete 10 speed Shimano SLX drivetrain.
Haibike use a strong wheelset made up of XLC hubs & Rodi Black Rock alloy double wall rims and spokes. This offers a lightweight but strong option for everyday cycling. The rims look great as a disc specific rim in black which really finishes off the bike.
Haibike have opted for the German Schwalbe Smart Sam Performance tyres, with a fast rolling resistance, but good grip, these all terrain tyres grip well even in slippery conditions.
The 700c wheels roll well on both road & trails, giving the best of both worlds to the rider on board.
A new model for 2016, but we think it will do well considering the Hybrid market is a big and riders like the versatility of a hybrid bike if they are not hitting really rough terrain. Bosch CX & Intuvia eBike System
The new Haibike Cross RC 2016 eBike also features the latest Bosch Performance CX crank drive motor, so you can be sure it's fitted with the latest kit and setup for optimum performance.
The new 250w CX system outputs 75Nm of torque & peaks at 500w! It certainly packs a punch, it will also offer up to 300% assistance on turbo mode.
Featuring 4 levels of assistance & remember you can always turn the power off and ride it as a normal bike!
This machine rolls just the same as a normal cycle. In fact the quality in the design, geometry & build make it a true performer! The Haibike Cross RC features a Bosch 400Wh PowerPack Battery for 2016 so you can be sure it's equipped for a full day in the saddle.

Whats included?
This bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialled in for optimum performance. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, keys, charger & free follow up service within 3 months.
Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support for customers further afield using a laptop or PC connected to the internet, combined with our diagnostic equipment.
E-bikeshop is a UK Bosch Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
