The 2018 Haibike xDuro FatSix 8.0 electric fat bike is designed for mixed terrain, be it snow, sand, mud or slippery terrain. The benefit the wider fat bike tyres is superior grip and control. Not to mention a huge amount of comfort and most of all a fun, playful ride!

New Features
The new Haibike FatSix 8.0 for 2018 boasts great spec at a fraction of the cost, a great all rounder for those wanting the wider tyre setup.
This 2018 eBike is built with good kit and a stiff wheel set with wider fat bike tyres for added comfort and ultimate grip, even in harsh (Typical British) conditions!
Sram's new NX 11 speed gear system offers the same smooth and reliable shifting of it's bigger brother with the 12 tooth X-SYNC pulley wheels.
The X-HORIZON design reduces chain slap and the shifting force offering a smooth reliable setup.
You'll notice the new 11 speed cassette which offers an incredible 11 to 42t range.
The RockShox Bluto forks are specifically designed with fat bikes in mind. Offering superior adjust ability and a wide enough bridge for the super wide tyres to roll through. These forks offer 100mm of travel and even have a remote lockout operated from the handlebars for conserving valuable energy on the climbs.
The xDuro FatSix 8.0 is built on new Haibike fat bike wheels set for 2018, boasting lightweight Alex 'Blizzerk' Pro drilled rims & sealed through axle Haibike hubs. Lightweight yet strong these wheels certainly look the part which is what sets the xDuro FatSix aside!
Haibike have joined forces with German tyre manufacturer Schwalbe and fitted the FatSix 8.0 with some BIG tyres!
These new Jumbo Jim tyres are 4 inches wide and offer a large tread pattern to ensure maximum grip. Though with the centre flat bobbles across the top roll surprisingly well on tarmac too.
Haibike equip the xDuro FatSix with Magura's MT trail brakes. Designed with a twin piston for extra stopping power at the front. Combined with a single piston at the rear.
This offers great power to the rear and more to the front where 70% of your overall stopping power comes from.
Fat bike's can be quite hard to use in a practical sense. But to combine this style of bike with a Yamaha motor makes perfect sense. It offers an assisted bike that has superior amounts of grip at whatever you throw at it, but is not hard to ride around.
Yamaha PW eBike System
The new 2018 Haibike xDuro FatSix 8.0 is powered by the Yamaha PW series electric bike system. Haibike has partnered with Yamaha to bring a new line up of powerful eBikes, offering up to 280% assistance and peaks at 70Nm of torque.
The power curve comes in early and is responsive as soon as you touch the pedals. The assistance is set in 4 levels - 'Eco+', 'Eco', 'Standard' & 'High'. This allows the user to fine tune the amount of assistance required during the ride offering complete flexibility and control.
The Haibike xDuro FatSix 8.0 2018 eBike is offered with the larger capacity 500Wh Yamaha battery to give a full day's ride time. The Yamaha eBike battery can be quickly recharged in a matter of hours
The new LCD display shows not just how much capacity the battery holds but also the predicted range in assisted miles. All offered with a lightweight and compact charger.

This electric bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialled in for optimum performance. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, keys, charger & free follow up service within 3 months.
Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support.
E-bikeshop is a UK Yamaha Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
