The 2020 Haibike xDuro FatSix 8.0 electric fat bike is designed for mixed terrain, be it snow, sand, mud or slippery terrain. The benefit the wider fat bike tyres is superior grip and control. Not to mention a huge amount of comfort and most of all a fun, playful ride!

This 2020 eBike is built with good kit and a stiff wheel set with wider fat bike tyres for added comfort and ultimate grip, even in harsh (Typical British) conditions!
Sram's new NX 11 speed gear system offers the same smooth and reliable shifting of it's bigger brother with the 12 tooth X-SYNC pulley wheels.
The X-HORIZON design reduces chain slap and the shifting force offering a smooth reliable setup.
You'll notice the new 11 speed cassette which offers an incredible 11 to 42t range.
The RockShox Bluto forks are specifically designed with fat bikes in mind. Offering superior adjust ability and a wide enough bridge for the super wide tyres to roll through. These forks offer 100mm of travel and even have a remote lockout operated from the handlebars for conserving valuable energy on the climbs.
The xDuro FatSix 8.0 is built on Haibike fat bike wheels set for 2020, boasting lightweight Alex 'Blizzerk' Pro drilled rims & sealed through axle Haibike hubs. Lightweight yet strong these wheels certainly look the part which is what sets the xDuro FatSix aside!
Haibike have joined forces with German tyre manufacturer Schwalbe and fitted the FatSix 8.0 with some BIG tyres!
These new Jumbo Jim tyres are 4 inches wide and offer a large tread pattern to ensure maximum grip. Though with the centre flat bobbles across the top roll surprisingly well on tarmac too.
Tektro's new Orion HD brake set consists of a twin piston brake caliper up front where 70% of your stopping power comes from in tandem with a single piston caliper on the rear.
The levers are reach adjustable and offered with matchmaker clamps keeping the cockpit area tidy and clean.
Fat bike's can be quite hard to use in a practical sense. But to combine this style of bike with a Yamaha motor makes perfect sense. It offers an assisted bike that has superior amounts of grip at whatever you throw at it, but is not hard to ride around.
Yamaha PW-SE eBike System
The new 2020 Haibike xDuro FatSix 8.0 is powered by the Yamaha PW-SE electric bike system. This system for 2020 offers up to 280% assistance and peaks at 70Nm of torque.
The power curve comes in early and is responsive as soon as you touch the pedals. The PW-SE supports a higher cadence than the standard PW Series, now offering up to 110rpm. The assistance is offered in 5 levels - 'Eco+', 'Eco', 'Standard' & 'High'.
This allows the user to fine tune the amount of assistance required during the ride offering complete flexibility and control. The Yamaha PW-SE system uses a larger capacity 500Wh battery, now with an assisted range of up to 110 miles due to the new Eco+ assistance mode & 25% increase in capacity.
The 2020 Yamaha eBike Display switch is neat and sits over to the left of the handlebars. Offering the rider vital stats on the fly whilst keeping the cockpit area clear and clutter free. The 1.7″ LCD display offers the quick reading of stats like Speed, Battery Capacity & Assist Mode. Leaving more options there, but hidden away including details like Trip meter, Overall Odometer & Range.

Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support.
E-bikeshop is a UK Yamaha Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
