Who is this bike suitable for?
The xDuro HardSeven RC 2016 model with 100mm travel and the Bosch performance motor is built around your everyday trail biker looking to ride the local trail centres at the weekend or explore the many track and cycle routes across the country. This eMTB is made for Trail Center / Cross Country / General use.
After looking at various ebikes on the net I decided to buy a haibike hard seven. The haibike range is by far the best looking ebikes on the market had the bike 3 months now and 250 miles later I have not been disappointed at all I can easily cover over 30 miles now with still 2/3 battery bars left! ! New Features
New for 2016 the Haibike xDuro HardSeven RC offers an all new chassis, integrating the new higher performance Bosch CX drive unit with added assistance and higher torque outputs.
The new Haibike xDuro HardSeven RC 2016 electric bike features the latest RockShox Recon Silver front suspension forks with 100mm of travel. These are air adjustable and can be pre tuned to rider weight. They also come with a remote PopLoc system where the rider can lock the forks off for maximum efficiency and to make sure no energy is lost when climbing or on flatter surfaces.
The gearing on this model is Shimano's SLX 10 Speed drivetrain, these are on rapid fire trigger shifters to ensure smooth and precise gear changes even under pressure.
The SLX mech comes with a clutch system to minimise chain slap and ensures efficient positive gear shifting.
The xDuro HardSeven RC 2016 benefits from the new 650B / 27.5" wheel size. This new wheel is designed with the benefits of the bigger 29" in wheel in mind, so it rolls fast and flows over bumps easier, but uses the 26" wheel characteristics for good manoeuvrability through tight single track areas. These wheels are built using XLC EVO hubs on DT Swiss alloy double wall rims and spokes, so they are not only light but can take harder impacts without fail.
To grip these to the floor Haibike have carefully selected Schwalbe Racing Ralph, these German tyres offer a decent amount of grip in slippery conditions but also don't offer too much resistance when rolling on flatter terrain and tarmac.
Haibike have opted for the Tektro hydraulic disc brakes to get you stopping quickly and safely, these offer minimum maintenance and fuss and are mounted on larger rotors to give more braking performance.
The rear end has been shortened for maximum torque and traction, while the front end is still a comfortable angle meaning you get a bike that does not feel too long and unbalanced.
The frames are also lighter and feature Alloy hydroformed tubing for ultimate strength / rigidity.
Bosch CX & Intuvia eBike System
The new Haibike HardSeven RC 2016 eBike also features the latest Bosch Performance CX crank drive motor, so you can be sure it's fitted with the latest kit and setup for optimum performance.
The new 250w CX system outputs 75Nm of torque & peaks at 500w! It certainly packs a punch, it will also offer up to 300% assistance on turbo mode.
Featuring 4 levels of assistance & remember you can always turn the power off and ride it as a normal bike!
This machine rolls just the same as a normal cycle. In fact the quality in the design, geometry & build make it a true performer! The Haibike HardSeven RC features the brand new Bosch 500Wh PowerPack Battery so it hosts the most range possible on a Bosch powered electric bike.

This bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialled in for optimum performance. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, keys, charger & free follow up service within 3 months.
Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support for customers further afield using a laptop or PC connected to the internet, combined with our diagnostic equipment.
E-bikeshop is a UK Bosch Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
