Who is this bike suitable for?
The 2017 Haibike xDuro HardNine 6.0 model with 100mm travel and the Bosch performance CX motor is Haibike's new eBike for all round mountain bike use. Be it hacking across the trails on a Sunday afternoon or alternatively commuting to work, the 29" wheels roll extremely well on the road considering this is a mountain bike at heart. Are you looking for a bike that does it all? Commuting, playing at the weekend? But without those bland commuter looks? This bike ticks all those boxes! Suitable for XC / Mountain Biking / Commuting / Trail Centre riding.
Bike arrived at the said time and within 40 mins I was riding off road up a steep hill climb. The bike is top quality engineering and the finish welds/paintwork brilliant. This bike is the best adrenalin rush I have in a long time, I can now tackle routes that I could not manage before. All I can say is that I wished I had bought one earlier!..
New Features
The HardNine 6.0 is based on a similar component set to the HardSeven 6.0 but with a larger wheel and slightly narrower 2.6" tyres for 2017.
The 2017 Haibike xDuro HardNine 6.0 comes equipped with Magura's MT4 hydraulic disc brakes.
The perfect all rounder for mountain bikers who value stability and braking power without compromising on weight.
These are mounted on larger rotors on the HardNine for excellent braking performance.
You can be sure they'll stop you as quickly as you accelerate on this eBike.
The Haibike xDuro HardNine 6.0 grips the trail with wider 2.6" Schwalbe Nobby Nic tyres. Although this is wider than standard tyres it rolls faster and covers more ground per revolution. Ideal for a mixture of road and light off road, also 29" wheels are popular with taller riders too. The 2017 HardNine 6.0 has a lightweight XLC wheel set with Rodi rims.
Another big upgrade on the new xDuro HardNine 6.0 is the adoption of an 11 speed gear system for 2017.
The new Sram NX system offers the same smooth and reliable shifting of it's bigger brother with the 12 tooth X-SYNC pulley wheels.
The X-HORIZON design reduces chain slap and the shifting force offering a smooth reliable setup.
You'll notice the new huge 11 speed cassette which offers an incredible 11 to 42t setup for incredible range on an electric mountain bike!
To finish the xDuro HardNine 6.0 off Haibike have fixed the front end with lightweight alloy 740mm wide bars mounted on an alloy stem and XLC sport lock on comfy grips. Coupled with a Light xDuro saddle for a little comfort at the rear.
The Haibike xDuro HardNine is great for those who want to do mixed trail access with road thrown in too due to the fast rolling 29" tyres. The 2.6" tyres are broader so soak up the terrain without compromising rolling resistance. Also popular with commuters for a fast commute bike in the week and a playful bike for some fun at the weekends.
Bosch CX & Intuvia eBike System
The new Haibike xDuro HardNine 6.0 2017 eBike also features the latest Bosch Performance CX crank drive motor, so you can be sure it's fitted with the latest kit and setup for optimum performance.
The new 250w CX system outputs 75Nm of torque & peaks at 500w! It certainly packs a punch, it will also offer up to 300% assistance in turbo mode.
Featuring 4 levels of assistance & remember you can always turn the power off and ride it as a normal bike!
This machine rolls just the same as a normal cycle. In fact the quality in the design, geometry & build make it a true performer! The Haibike HardNine 6.0 features the brand new Bosch 500Wh PowerPack Battery for 2017 so it hosts the most range possible on a Bosch powered electric mountain bike.

This electric bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialled in for optimum performance. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, keys, charger & free follow up service within 3 months.
Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support for customers further afield using a laptop or PC connected to the internet, combined with our diagnostic equipment.
E-bikeshop is a UK Bosch Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
