This 700c trekking eBike is ideal for Touring / Commuting / Hybrid / Trekking / Road riding styles. Its well specced equipment and low rolling resistance make it ideal for the everyday cyclist. The Haibike Trekking RX can be used as a hybrid bike, so you can ride cycle lanes, canal towpaths or even dart across a field, it's not restricted to tarmac.

New Features
The new Haibike xDuro Trekking RX has seen some new features for 2015, the geometry has been refined and it now features the new Bosch Performance eBike system. The new Trekking models come with the Suntour NCX 63mm suspension fork.
This fork features a lock out so the user can always maintain maximum efficiency whilst climbing or riding on more moderate terrain. These forks are combined with a tapered headset to ensure maximum strength, rigidity and comfort.
The fast stopping Tektro Gemini hydraulic disc brake and you can be sure to pull up hard as you come to a stop. These brakes offer minimal maintenance and fuss. The pads last double the time of a standard V brake pad, they are self cleaning and offer superior amounts of stopping power.
The Haibike Trekking RX is geared towards touring with the 9spd Sram dual drive gear system. This is very special indeed, it means that you have a 3spd hub on a 9spd cassette. Learn more about DualDrive on our blog here.
This allows the Bosch powered eBike a full 27spd gear system, one of the only Bosch electric bikes to offer this. A full versatile gear system to ensure you can climb as well as descent.
The Haibike trekking eBikes come as standard with all of the essentials required for long distance Touring / Trekking / Commuting. The RX is a clutter free model offering a lightweight solution so it comes with full length mudguards front and rear, a pannier rack, side stand, comfy grips and touring saddle. It also features built in LED lights for low light riding.
Haibike use a strong wheelset made up of XLC hubs & DT Swiss alloy double wall rims and spokes. This offers a lightweight but strong option for everyday cycling. Haibike have opted for the German Schwalbe Energiser Tour tyres. These offer a puncture lining to prevent those mid ride nasties, they have been created specifically for eBikes for longer life with faster rolling speeds.
The whole build on the new 2015 Trekking RX is as expected from Haibike. From the German build quality, to the gravity casting motor mounts and high quality specification, you can be sure to put it through its paces as an everyday electric mountain bike.
Bosch Performance System
The new Haibike xDuro Trekking RX eBikes also feature the latest Bosch Performance crank drive motor, so you can be sure it's fitted with the latest kit and setup for optimum performance. This system outputs 60Nm of torque & peaks at 500w!
It certainly packs a punch, it will also offer up to 275% assistance on turbo mode, while Eco mode offers a more subtle 50% assistance. There are 4 levels of assistance and remember you can always turn it off completely and ride it as a normal bike!
This machine rolls just the same as a normal cycle. In fact the quality in the design, geometry & build make it a true performer! The Haibike Trekking RX features the Bosch 400Wh PowerPack Battery so it hosts the most range possible on a Bosch powered electric bike.

Whats included?
This bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialed in for optimum performance. On all suspension models, be sure to let us know your weight as we can pre adjust the suspension to the desired rider weight, giving the perfect balance and agility specifically for individual needs. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, keys, charger & free follow up service.
Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support for customers further afield using a laptop or PC connected to the internet, combined with our diagnostic equipment.
E-bikeshop is a UK Bosch Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts & spares to hand should they be required.
