Who is this bike suitable for?
The all new 2015 Haibike xDuro Urban 28 eBike is focused on its super slick design with speed in mind. This is the perfect electric bike for someone looking for that roadworthy machine for everyday use. It can be used for Racing / Commuting / Urban Road riding.

New Features
The new Haibike xDuro Urban 28 2015 electric bike has some all-new features. The eBike has been totally re-designed towards race style geometry. It’s a fast roller, even if you're just using it to pop in and out of town.
The rigid German alloy frame is built on Haibikes very own alloy tapered fork so its super stiff for getting the power down but comfortable enough for everyday use.
Weighing in at just 18.6kg it’s certainly a big contender for the ‘weight weenies’ out there. Making it one of the lightest Bosch electric bikes available. The wheels are made up of Rodi Airline double wall alloy rims, built onto fast rolling Shimano SLX hubs laced with the finest DT Swiss strong spokes.
Haibike have used German manufacturers Schwalbe’s Marathon Supreme tyres, which are known for their fast rolling performance with a balance of strong puncture protection in mind.
The gearing is made up of Shimano XT / SLX grade components offering a 10 speed machine with a wide range ratios for the road. To slow you down Haibike have opted for Shimano hydraulic disk brakes, which offer ample stopping power and minimal maintenance.
Interestingly this Gen2 model has in-built lights situated on the frame which actually power off the Bosch motor itself. This means they are totally self-sufficient and keep the overall look of the bike seamless and elegant.
To finish it all off; Haibike internally route all of the cables to leave a clean fresh look to the electric bike.
Bosch Motor
The new Haibike Urban 28 eBikes also feature the latest Bosch Performance crank drive motor, so you can be sure it's fitted with the latest kit and setup for optimum performance. This system outputs 60Nm of torque & peaks at 500w!
It certainly packs a punch, it will also offer up to 275% assistance on turbo mode, while Eco mode offers a more subtle 50% assistance. There are 4 levels of assistance and remember you can always turn it off completely and ride it as a normal bike!
This machine rolls just the same as a normal cycle. In fact the quality in the design, geometry & build make it a true performer! The Haibike xDuro Urban 28 features the Bosch 400Wh PowerPack Battery so it hosts the most range possible on a Bosch powered electric bike.

This bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialed in for optimum performance. On all suspension models, be sure to let us know your weight as we can pre adjust the suspension to the desired rider weight, giving the perfect balance and agility specifically for individuals needs. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, keys, charger & free follow up service.
E-bikeshop is a UK Bosch Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
