New Features
For 2017 Moustache started from the ground up to create the worlds first 'Hidden Power' Bosch electric bike.
From drawings on paper to 3D printing to frames in reality, Moustache developed this new setup for 2 years to create the perfect solution to Bosch eBike integration.
Never before has a manufacturer integrated the Bosch eBike system so well into their frames to create a truly stunning seamless look. Don't believe us? Take a look for yourself.
The new Bosch CX motor is tilted and mounted in gravity castings within the alloy frame with a revised Q factor and all new geometry for 2017.
Whilst the Bosch Performance 500Wh battery is cleverly located in the down tube, offering a lower centre of gravity and 'Hidden Power' seamless look.

Moustache have also updated the new 2017 Samedi frames to 27.5+. What's PLUS all about? This revelation hitting the cycling industry by storm offer a wider 3" tyre for ultimate traction, comfort & grip. Without compromising on rolling resistance.
A nice fluent ride across all terrain, the 27.5+ size is a big hit for 2017 with many manufacturers jumping on board, however Moustache have developed their own exclusive 35mm wide rim to take the new tyre size which is fully tubeless compatible and capable of achieving the perfect balance between stability and cornering ability.
Moustache have equipped the new Samedi Trail 6 with Magura's MT4 hydraulic disc brakes. The perfect all rounder for mountain bikers who value stability and braking power without compromising on weight.
These are mounted on larger 180mm rotors for excellent braking performance. You can be sure they'll stop you as quickly as you accelerate on this eBike.
Minimal maintenance and fuss. Aside from changing the brake pads from time to time you can fit and forget, just concentrate on the ride!
Moustache have developed their own specific air shock for the Trail 6 which offers a 2 position lockout with dynamic rebound control and their special 'Grip Control Evo' which allows for better traction at the rear. All of this is of course air adjustable to the riders preference and weight.
At the front Moustache have equipped the new Suntour AION fork, developed at an affordable price level with all the features of higher end forks. Tested and developed by Suntour to offer an eBike optimised ride with a Hydraulic lockout, 140mm of travel and of course allowing for the 27.5+ boost axle.
It's great to see the new Sram NX 11 speed drive train on an eBike of this price. The new NX system offers the same same smooth and reliable shifting of it's bigger brother with the 12 tooth X-SYNC pulley wheels.
The X-HORIZON design reduces chain slap and the shifting force offering a smooth reliable setup.
You'll notice the new huge 11 speed cassette which offers an incredible 11 to 46t setup meaning this is the largest range ever possible on an electric mountain bike!
Moustache couple this with their optimised 14t sprocket up front for the perfect combination of descending and hill climbing capability on all the 2017 Samedi eMTB's.
Also offered up with their newly designed and reinforced cranks with a better Q factor and ultimate stiffness.

Bosch CX & Intuvia eBike System
The new Moustache Samedi Trail 6 2017 eBike also features the latest Bosch Performance CX crank drive motor, so you can be sure it's fitted with the latest kit and setup for optimum performance.
The new 250w CX system outputs 75Nm of torque & peaks at 500w! It certainly packs a punch, it will also offer up to 300% assistance on turbo mode.
Featuring 4 levels of assistance & remember you can always turn the power off and ride it as a normal bike!
This machine rolls just the same as a normal cycle. In fact the quality in the design, geometry & build make it a true performer! The Samedi Trail 6 eMTB features the brand new Bosch 500Wh PowerPack Battery for 2017 so it hosts the most range possible on a Bosch powered electric mountain bike.

What's included?
This electric bike comes fully set-up by our workshop technicians. You can be sure that every aspect of the eBike has been dialled in for optimum performance. All our electric bikes arrive with a user manual, keys, charger & free follow up service within 3 months.
Our electric bikes also include a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics & 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims in-house. We can also offer worldwide support for customers further afield using a laptop or PC connected to the internet, combined with our diagnostic equipment.
E-bikeshop is a UK Bosch Electric Bike Service Center and our in house workshop is now exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We also have parts / spares to hand should they be required.
