Got this bike from @ebikeshop even with Orbea custom paint job no problem.
Design it and spec it at Orbea.com "myo" and then send it to e-bikeshop.co.uk
Power delivery is very smooth and especially the transition between powered and unsupported speed at 25kph is almost unnoticeable. Its so light you will often go well beyond supported speeds.
This is my second e-bike and its worlds apart from earlier generations of drives.
The quality is amazing and the drive super silent. The 2019 501 groupset is faultless. Did I mention It is also incredibly light?
The frame accommodates massive wheels so ordered mine with Schwalbe G1 tubeless on the standard rims as I live in an area of outstanding beauty (AKA farm roads and gravel tracks) and there is still oodles of space for much wider tyres if you fancy.
All in all It has really motivated me to cycle a lot more which is what e-bikes are for
Its hard to find any faults or minus points at all on this bike.
If had two wishes it would be that Orbea allows more options for saddles or at least saddle width when ordering and that they add lugs on the rear for fenders. Its odd because the front has full set of attach points on the fork crown and legs for fenders but nothing on the back.
But these are of course very minor issues and all in all it gets 5 out of 5 stars as well as the super service from e-bikeshop who have been very helpful.
Oh and a final note for the data nerds; be aware that the rear triangle goes quite wide so if you plan to ride with power meter (for whatever reason on an e-bike, yes don't ask) like stages/4iiii etc you may need to shim the non drive side crank a Millimeters to make space for the power pod in the crank arm.
