Brakes & Gears
The Shimano Ultegra R8170 hydraulic disc brakes ensure you can come to a stop as fast as you accelerate on this eRoad bike.
The Scott Addict 10 comes with full Shimano Ultegra Di2 12 speed shifting.
The Di2 electronic shifting means maximum control & gear changes in an instant. Long gone are old cables, inner & outer hoses. Now the drive train is controlled with eShift!
The Shimano Ultegra brakes are some of the best in the business with reliable stopping power, whatever the weather.
Shimano Ultegra Di2 12 speed gearing is only one step down from competition grade Dura-Ace components and is silky smooth.
The Shimano Ultegra Di2 combined gear and brake levers are ultra-smooth and offer controlled braking and reliable shifting in one neat unit.
Wheels & Tyres
The Scott Addict 10 2023 comes as standard with a full carbon wheelset. This not only increases stiffness but also drastically reduces weight from the bike.
Weighing in at sub 12kg (for the whole bike!) it's both nimble and responsive on the road.
The Addict eRIDE 10 comes with Schwalbe One Race-Guard folding bead tyres in 700x30c size.
The bottom line..
Normally, the most noticeable component on an eBike is the Battery, but this isn't the case on the Scott Addict models.
Seamlessly integrated into the downtube, the 248Wh internal battery on the Scott Addict eRIDE 10 is hidden from view to provide a totally integrated and aesthetically immaculate look.
The latest Mahle Ebikemotion drive system offers smooth and reliable assistance to enhance and improve on your own ride but without dominating it.
The Torque Simulation Algorithm directly mirrors the rider input to provide maximum power when you need it, but preserves range when you're spinning freely, making the Scott Addict eRIDE a joy to ride on almost any terrain.
Power
Riding the bike aside, one of the best parts of the new 2023 Scott Addict eRIDE 10 electric road bikes is the completely 'hidden' eDrive system.
Designed to not take away from the ride but to assist your performance, the extra 60Nm from the newly redesigned rear hub motor allows the rider to climb bigger ascents and average a faster overall speed.
3 Modes of Assistance - Controllable by the multi-function power button on the top tube.
Full rider credentials are displayed in the Smart Phone (not essential) application including speed, distance travelled, altitude, battery capacity, trip time and many more.
The smart phone app also has the functionality to pair Bluetooth heart rate monitors or simply connect your Android Wearable or iWatch to run alongside for the full sporting package.
The Mahle "One Button" control system uses just a single button to display the current battery status and change between power modes.
The new eBikemotion X20 motor is small, compact, light weight and ultra reliable but packs a 60Nm punch on long ascents and false flats.
An optional range extender option offers the ability to bolt on an extra 70% of range in just seconds.
What's included

Your eBike will arrive with a user manual, keys (where applicable), charger & free follow up service (at our service center) within 3 months of delivery.
This electric bikes includes a 5yr warranty on the frame, 2yr warranty on all the electrics and 1yr warranty on the components. In the event of a problem, we handle all warranty claims via our dedicated support in-house.
E-Bikeshop is a UK Electric Bike Service Center and our in-house workshop is exclusively reserved for our own eBike customers. We have time to support the eBikes we sell.

We generally keep over 150 eBikes built in our showroom. Note: Some models shown as 'Pre-Order' may not be in the showroom to view as the bike is still due from the supplier. We can also give you the opportunity to ride a similar electric bike so you can get a feel for how electric bikes work prior to purchase.
Should you wish to purchase, we give the option to take it away that same day (subject to stock) with any extras fitted and a handover session on the bike itself by one of our eBike experts.

First impressions are you barely notice it’s an ebike, in fact if you changed the wheels and took out the battery you’d have a high end standard road bike as well. The e-assistance on the hills is subtle but very effective.

So far done around 500km. On the road the frame soaks up the vibration excellently coupled with running tubeless at a lower pressure adds up to a comfortable ride. On fast downhills it handles extremely well, and uphill I'm so glad of the wee motor assist.
Through the app the motor is customisable and my personal setting is approx 60W, 110W and 180W, as I'm mostly drifting in and out a speed of 25Kph the motor is quite seemless in its assist. Longest ride so far was 70km which used 25% of the battery so I'm extremely satisfied and looking forward to summer rides
Bought this bike due a cycling accident as it was the only way to get me back out . The bike is so light and the hub motors is so much smaller than the x35 one. I have only done a few short runs but I have the same bike with X35 motor and was getting around 100 miles per charge with around 3000ft of climbing. I only use the first setting but a lot of times am over the 15.5mph cut off for assistance. The new X20 motor is meant to be better again and has the normal way to take back wheel off rather than unconnecting wires which is a big improvement for roadside flats
