When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.
Why can't I purchase some items?
Some certain products we hold exclusively to support our bike customers (those who purchase their bike directly from us).
When you purchase your bike directly from us, your account is unlocked for quick access to order these spares, should you need them.

Description
The new Gocycle Smart Phone Mount can be used to mount your mobile device on the handlebars. This works well with the new Gocycle smart phone application being launched which intelligently acts as a dashboard for your Gocycle via your smart phone.
Bespoke for Gocycle. The smart phone mount has been designed to fit a mobile phone in landscape orientation to the Gocycle handlebar.
Note: The Smart Phone Mounts have been designed to fit most hand-held devices. However if your device does not feel secure once fitted, do not use the Smart Phone Mounts.
- Fit devices in landscape orientation only.
- Riding on rough terrain may cause your device to become loose or fall out.
- Do not use your device whilst riding. Operate your device only when stationary.
- When riding only view your device when it is safe to do so.
IMPORTANT NOTE: THE SMART PHONE MOUNTS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED FOR LIGHT AND OCCASIONAL USAGE. ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY AS WELL AS FITTING AND UN-FITTING YOUR DEVICE CAN DAMAGE THE SMART PHONE MOUNTS. OVER-STRETCHING THEM, OR IF THEY BECOME DAMAGED DUE TO A SHARP EDGE OR TEARING OR EXPOSURE TO UV RADIATION COULD RENDER THEM UN-FIT TO HOLD THE DEVICE SECURELY. REGULAR INSPECTION OF THE MOUNTS IS RECOMMENDED. KARBON KINETICS LTD. ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY OR CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OF ANY DEVICE IN ANY EVENT THAT SUCH DEVICE IS DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF THE SMART PHONE MOUNTS BREAKING OR THE FITTING OR UN-FITTING OF THE DEVICE TO THE SMART PHONE MOUNTS.

Due to production rates or product availability, these items are only available to customers who purchased their bike direct from us for a quick and convenient solution to further support the bikes that we sell. We do not supply these products to those who have bought their bikes from others dealers.
