When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.
Why can't I purchase some items?
Some certain products we hold exclusively to support our bike customers (those who purchase their bike directly from us).

Haibike MRS The Rail Lock Locking Assembly
The new TheRailLock is designed to work exclusively with the Haibike MRS (Modular Rail System). This allows for accessories to be equipped on Haibike's 2018 on wards fitted with the Bosch 'InTube' battery system.
Exclusive product for our customers. Only to be added to the basket along with a bike, this accessory will arrive fitted to your new bike.
The RailLock offers flexibility when securing your Haibike electric bike when parking. By using this accessory it fits directly in the frame and allows you to lock the bike to something secure using the factory lock system.
This can be used in tandem with TheBottle. Note, you can buy TheRangeExtender and TheRailLock as a MRS combo pack using the same lock.
Available in 2 options (will appear for pre-approved customers logged in) you can select either:
Option 1: With 1 standard locking cylinder. This means you'll have separate keys for your battery and TheRailLock.
Option 2: With 2 simultaneous locking cylinders. This kit comes with 2 key barrels which you can replace one for your current battery lock cylinder, meaning you have the same key for both the Bosch battery lock and TheRailLock (+£15.00).
Please Note: This will not work with any other Haibike which is not fitted with the Modular Rail System. This listing is for the rail lock assembly, you will also require the cable/chain itself. Which can be added in either length 85cm Chain (+£29.99) or 100cm Cable (+£19.99) in the options. The 85cm cable is shorter but thicker and stronger in diameter.
The Rail Lock Simultaneousbarrel is only for the Bosch setup, it doesn't work with Yamaha or FLYON. If using this lock on a Yamaha bike or FLYON please order the single barrel option.
Please Note: This product is only available to customers who purchased their bike direct from us. This part is held in stock and is available to our customers for a quick and convenient solution. We do not supply this product to those who have bought their bikes from others.
