When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.

The OC (Orbea Components) ANT+ LEV display is designed to be used with Orbea ebikes equipped with the MAHLE EbikemotionĀ® X35 system. The head unit pairs to the system via ANT+ LEV and allows forĀ you to view allĀ of the system's information, while also enabling the rider to change between assist levels from the unit itself.Ā
The MAHLE EbikemotionĀ® ANT+ LEV dongle allows your Orbea ebike equipped with the X35 system to gain ANT+ LEV connectivity for the display of the system data on compatible head units.
Paired with the OC ANT+ LEV display, you will be able to visualize the following system data:
- Current speed.
- Internal X35 battery charge level.
- Total system odometry.
- Current assist level.
- System errors.

CompatibilityĀ
From Model Year 2020, all Orbea ebikes equipped with a MAHLE EbikemotionĀ® X35 system do have ANT+ connectivity from the factory, which allows for the visualization of the X35 system data on compatible head units, such as the OC ANT+ LEV display.
Not all versions of the MAHLE EbikemotionĀ® X35 system can be updated to gain ANT+ LEV connectivity by the use of the ANT+ LEV dongle or the Iwoc Trio+ remote.
Only versions of the system that useĀ the round connectors can be updated by the use of these components. Versions of the X35 system which use the square connectors are not compatible with the ANT+ LEV dongle or the Iwoc Trio+ remote.
To find out what type of connectors the X35 system on your Orbea ebike uses, remove the plastic cover on the underside of the bottom bracket area and locate the cable that connects the internal battery to the charging point. If the connector between these two cables is a round connector, the system is compatible with the installation of the ANT+ LEV dongle or the Iwoc Trio+ remote. IfĀ it is a square connector, the system cannot be updated to gain ANT+ LEV connectivity without replacing the complete electric system (internal battery, PASS sensor, charging point and remotes).
