When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.
Why can't I purchase some items?
Some certain products we hold exclusively to support our bike customers (those who purchase their bike directly from us).
When you purchase your bike directly from us, your account is unlocked for quick access to order these spares, should you need them.

Orbea RS GEN2 MC Range ExtenderĀ
Smaller than a water bottle and weighing just 1kg, Orbea has developed a new and improved range extender that offers an additional 210Wh. Simply slip it into the specially designed bottle cage, plug it in and enjoy!
The range extender is securely held in the bottle cage. The cable from the range extender to the standard charging port fits securely and quickly whilst not interfering with the pedals. The range extender cage is also compatible with water bottles, meaning for shorter rides where your extender isn't needed, hydration can become priority.Ā

The RS 210Wh Gen2 Range Extender battery is only compatible with Orbea electric bicycles using the Orbea EbikeĀ Systems Gen2 system with Shimano EP801/EP6 motors and RS Gen2 MC firmware (Rise MY2025).
Please note: This range extender is compatible with Orbea Rise MY25, Orbea Denna MY25 and Orbea Urrun MY25. The Denna and Urrun require different cable length variants compared to the standard 120mm used on the Rise models (Denna - 175mm / Urrun - 220mm).
