When will I receive my order?
Parts & Accessories orders that are placed before 1 pm are estimated to be delivered the next working day. More delivery info here.
For example, if you place an order before 1 pm on Wednesday, we'll aim to get this out that same day for estimated delivery on Thursday.
If, for example, you place your order after 1 pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, we'll aim to dispatch on Monday for estimated delivery on Tuesday.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. Please add any items you require to the basket; the shipping to your destination is calculated at the checkout.

Due to restrictions, there are some items we can't deliver internationally (battery packs and aerosols). These items are clearly stated on each product page.

The CN-M9100 XTR/Dura-Ace is Shimano's top-tier 12-speed chain, compatible with both road (Dura-Ace) and MTB (XTR) Hyperglide+ systems. Its SIL-TEC coating and hollow pin design ensure maximum durability, low friction, and reduced weight. Computer-designed plates deliver 1/3 faster, smoother shifting under load. It includes the single-use Quick Link for easy assembly.
